The connection always fail. Wrote to them 5 6 time mailto:support@onaexpress NEver any awnser finally reached them on sms 204-558-4449 basically told me to upgrade pay again. And basically said they didn't care. Do not recommend.said problem on my side and not theirs. Absolutely worthless customer service
For the past week
For the past week, my OnaExpress connection does not load. Every night I email them with the problem. The following day, things seem to be back to normal. However, with an hour, or two, my channel/movie/series connection is lost. Very frustrating to say the least having paid for this service for one year. Buyer beware.
Thefts
I paid for one subscription in February 2025 which was canceled in end of April 2025 because I don't know to renew the other 3 subscriptions. I contacted them and they told me the my account was closed . They don't want to return my money back or reconnect my subscription. Stay away from this thefts. Find another providers. I use iptvdream.ca . You can install on 5 devices.

If you thinking of buying their products, please don't. It is a total west of money for one year, I got only 3 weeks service, it is so hard to get them on line, when you do, they don't solve the problem because they do it intentionally and tell you to solve it by your own

OnaExpress is a company providing…
OnaExpress is a company providing streaming services for iptv. However their products and service especially is very poor in that they communicate via text message or email only, and sometimes take days before responding all the while you have prepaid for the downloaded product in full by e-transfer. This alone should raise awareness that you cannot request a refund through your bank unlike when paying by credit cards. Their customer support person is very arrogant and rude with no sense of responsibility when an issue arises. They count on you the end user to fully sort out the problem even when the system shuts down at their end. Be prepared to deal with all faults on your own as “customer support” is non existent.
