Life-saver!
I have been using ScheduleOnce from OnceHub for the last several months and it has saved me so much time and headache! I have many different roles and meeting types to schedule with people around the world and I have been thrilled with the quality and customization of ScheduleOnce. No more back and forth, no more manually scheduling my Zoom calls, no more re-scheduling nightmares - it is ALL handled.

Aaron (Reid) was great

Aaron (Reid) was great. In light of how robust but confusing I've found the interface in general, I really wasn't sure how much we could accomplish in 15 minutes. Yet, he seemed very confident in his familiarity with the platform, a few times suggesting quick workarounds for my questions around navigating it. He even offered to follow up with a longer meeting on another occasion down the line, with both me and one of my team members. I can't imagine I won't take him up on it. Thanks again, Aaron. Take it light.

Perfect tool for online bookings!

Called into Support and my problem was…

Called into Support and my problem was handled quickly and professionally. I was very satisfied with the experience. The problem was something that could not be solved on the user-side interface - the support rep was able to identify the issue quickly and accurately. Then he was able to resolve it.

Nice team, good free offering

I used OnceHub (as ScheduleOnce) years ago and had a good experience. More recently, at a new company, I attended a demo with Aaron that was extremely positive. Instead of pushing us toward enterprise-level features that are out of our current price range, he showed us the free level, which is very robust. This way, we can try that plan before upgrading if it works for our needs. Given how many scheduling companies don't schedule sales demos (or have no phone support at all!) or don't have a free plan to try out the product, OnceHub's service very pleasantly surprised me and my cofounder.

What can I say? Great support all round.

I have been working with the sales and support team for the last few weeks to set up Once Hub for our company. They have been nothing short of fantastic. They have been flexible to provide in-person support at short notice and they have been willing to bring on board technical team members to understand how customers are using their system.
