This company are the biggest thiefs. I have never seen anywhere in world when you have to frezze the service they give you the option only for 3 months and you have to pay more than 3/4 of your monthly payment. Our family paymentnwas 800 lek per month and if we frezzee the service for 3 months the payment is 2400 lek. So you just save 600 lek. Rubbish no where in world they give you as part of conctract if you have to leave country or travel you freze the conctract for free. The idea is not to pay. The girl that served us today at Tirana e re center at sheshi willson was very rude in communication and with a bad attitude towards us and at the same time to another customer. I would never return to this company and never would recommend. All i can say you are a rubosh company.not even 1 star you deserve zero.

very slow speeds, way slower than promised and to say that it's unstable would be a massive understatement. wifi goes out randomly, sometimes fluctuates to 1mb/s MAX then goes to 200kb/s, connection resets very frequently, and is overall just a horrible experience. please never buy this crappy wifi because their promised speeds are 300mbps while in reality i get max 2mbps.

Very bad service. The internet usually does not work. I paid for roaming and was not able to use it properly. It would work for one minute and then stop for two hours.
It is pointless to pay for a service that is not actually provided. I will definitely change the company.

I signed a contract with ONE Albania and have had no internet for almost a month. It works only for a few days, then stops. They don’t answer calls and cut my internet without explanation. Completely unprofessional. Do NOT recommend.

Cmime shume te larta , ne asnje vend europian ndoshta dhe bote nuk ekzistojne keto shifra marramendse!! Numri im prej mbi 10 vite-sh, ne nje moment ja japin dikujt tjeter me ribushje te fundit 3 muaj para se te jepej si numer!! Aplikazion skandaloz nuk ofron pothuajse asnje sherbim gjithmone per rimbushje ose oferta ngec !!

Eshte per te ardhur keq qe ne shqiperi jane vetem 2 kompani dhe si njera si tjetra me zi skane ku te shkojne !!!

Eksperienc negative ne cdo aspekt duke filluar dhe tek ata qe ofrojne sherbimin e one qe nuk jane te afta te te japin sherbim, por te marrin vetem parat ! Nqs del nga korrniza ose kerkasa ofert e humbasin !!! Te pa trajnuara !!! Pa fjale!!!

Ho preso un tourist pack per 21 giorni. Mi è scaduto dopo 19 e ho dovuto acquistare un nuovo pacchetto con vodafone. Nei negozi sono scortesi e l'assistenza non è in grado di risolvere i problemi.

I got some chargers for messenges outside the country I didn’t do but other then that the company is fine not bed as good as u would expect when i called about the metter they said is your fault 😞

I switched from Vodafone to One because of the offers they advertised. However, after switching, I was told I was not eligible for the offer. This feels misleading and dishonest.

I arrived on Tirana at 1st of July. At the airport I bought the tourist pack for 21 days from one. They told me that would work until 22 of July, the day that I would leave from Albânia .
The pack stoped working on 20 of July. I went to a One store to ask what was happening? They did not helped me and even laugh at me. They tried to tell me that it was normal, and I was not understanding that already passed 21 days.
Do you want an advise, stay away from this operator.

This morning my wife received a call from UK which lasted less than one minute. Following receipt of text messages from O2 our UK provider, it transpires that she has incurred a charge of £150 for a 50 minute call to/via One Telecommunications.

They don’t even deserve a one star.
I bought a sim card in the airport of Tirana for 26€ and the guy told me it will work in 5minutes, for more than 2 days it didn’t work.
I went to their shop in city center the staff is the worst rude unprofessional, they kept laughing child behaviour.
And then today I have a return flight ✈️ and i told them did you receive the refund email? He said at first yes then he said no I told you to go to the city venter and get another sim card making me feel dumb.
At the end he gave me my money and saying quote (dont come back).
These people are just madness unpolite so rude.
and the agence inside the airport i wanted to make a complaint they said they are not responsible for the other store lol which is crazy.
Its a franchise isnt it.
Anyway please be careful for these thiefs they steal your money!!!! Do not buy from them

This company does not deserve even one star, but I can not evaluate less!
My experience with them is awful. They do not provide internet speed as they promise in contract. I have internet speed 0.2-2 mbps during the day and it is not stable but get dissconnected too often. I asked for finishing the contract but they rejected stating that I navigate with normal conditions up to 300 mbps. This is shamefull, they lie eye to eye. I hate this company, I will never ever re-contract with them!!
