Initial Interview
I just performed an initial interview with One CoreDev IT today. Although the interview was virtual, I found it difficult to express myself because of the unwanted noise from my interviewer's background. I think this hugely affected my performance since I encountered a struggle in communicating due to this noise. However, my interviewer is nice and gentle. He has a welcoming voice and speaks professionally.

The interview was very interactive but…
The interview was very interactive but it was still very professional. It felt like a conversation rather than a strict question and answer interview. The atmosphere was very welcoming that it helped me express myself more openly. The interviewer was also very clear on explaining the expected role once hired.

This company is transparent when it comes to the actual work that you're about to do. What to expect and what you need to be doing. I very much appreciate the assistance as well by the interviewee.
