I am very disappointed with the service I received from **Rideandgoo** and **Onedayaction**. I was treated unfairly regarding a cancellation that was completely out of my control. Despite explaining the situation, there was little understanding or concern shown for my wellbeing or circumstances.

From a business perspective, this experience felt unprofessional and disappointing, especially since I had previously received excellent hotel transfer service and intended to remain a loyal customer. Unfortunately, this recent experience has left me feeling let down.

I sincerely hope that a manager will review this matter and reach out to me directly via WhatsApp to resolve it fairly and restore confidence in the company’s customer service

One of the best experience i had on my first trip to turkey .
One day action always not only one of the most reasonable priced but all the excursion (we did 4 of them with them ) as was happy with the service provided. Wish we had more day would have definitely tried some more .
Of all the 4 the best one was River rafting with rapido team buggy and zip line .
The jeep safari was the next best . The best part was we had hotel pick up and drop, and all trips were as planned and on time .

Our trip was meant to be 4-6hours but was over in 2hrs20mins. The trip was rushed with no time to explore the places we had booked to see. Everyone was disappointed- especially the children.

Very well organized trip. Very friendfull people. Great atmosphere, full of fun . Realy perfect vacation trip.

We had a lovely time on this tour! Everything went seamlessly and we got to see several beautiful and interesting places. The crew was super friendly and helpful and the food was great! Only small minus was that there could have been more sunbeds on the sundeck, but there was plenty of room on the padded benches for those who didn’t get a sunbed. All in all it was an incredible experience!

The trip was amazing.. we all had so much fun.. everyone was so nice and friendly.. definitely recommend them

Keyifli bir Relax Tekne Turu yaptik. Odemeyi teknede yaptim. Servis vaktinde geldi ve donuste sorunsuz bir sekilde geri birakti. Teknede vaktinde hareket etti, yemek, ikram ve gezi sorunsuzdu.

Tekne geç çıktı ama saatinde döndü koylara yanaşırken çok zaman kaybetti ve uğranılması gereken koylardan elediğini düşündük bu zaman farkı eklenmeliydi Yemekler ve servis çok yetersizdi, yemek yiyecek masa yok yerde yedik şaka gibi ne tost ne hamburger yapılabiliyor ekstra istedik doyamadığımız için yoktu, çayı küçücük karton bardakta servis etmek nedir yaaa çay yani gidip kendin alıyorsun birde kuş kadar maliyeti nedir bu kadar küçük hesaplar misafiriniz olarak kötü hissettirdi , sadece yabancı turistlere hizmet vermeye odaklanılmış yerli turistler için müzik bile düşünülmemiş teknelerin koylara sıfır yanaşması denizin keyfini çıkarmayı engelliyor fark yaratmak online kayıt değil hizmette fark yaratmayı hedefleyin bence ;)

2 temmuz’da koral adlı teknedeydik organizyon ekibi iyiydi transfer aracı ile adrasana gittik. Tekne güzeldi fakat çalışanların üslup sorunu vardı teknede jakuzi vardı onun ücreti hakkında bilgi almak istediğimde dalga geçer bir tavırla cevap verildi ve orası 75 euro kiralandı denildi bir acente bütün gün orda oturdu ve kullanmadığı halde orayı sahiplendiler bunun amacı neydi anlamadık. Teknede ki yemek hayal kırıklığına uğrattı bizi zaten tekne yemekleri her ne kadar çok iyi olmasada bunca zaman bir çok tura katıldık genelde ızgara tavuk yada balık olurdu. Burada balık ve hazır şinitzel vardı şinitzeli görünce zaten şok olduk hazır dondurulmuş bir tavuk yakışmadı ızgara olmalıydı. Pilav aşırı kötüydü yemeklere hiç özenilmedi aldığı parayı hak etmedi. Tekneyi beğendik genel olarak diğer teknelere göre konforluydu. Yine daha önce katılmış olduğumuz turlarda tekne fiyatları bu kadar uçuk değildi bu tekne baya fiyatları abartmış artık bu pahalılık değil insanlarla dalga geçmek gibi bir şeydi. Turistlere özel fiyatlar anlıyorum ama türkleride düşünmek lazım.. Özellikle yemek konusunda bir iyileştirme yapılması şart olduğunu düşünüyorum müşterilerini memnun etmek istiyorsanız.
