Fast, efficient return of results, clear information beforehand (apart from detail on value and interpretation of Lyme Disease test before purchase, which I could have researched better myself and might have approached differently), clear information about significance and meaning of results, local office for sample (also friendly and efficient - Exeter)

Professional and Quality Service
The nurse and the follow up lab service was very professional, The result came through efficiently and within days. The initial result was next day. Lab report came with results and with very good detailed summary.

Quick and easy
Quick and easy booking and plenty of appointments to choose from. The staff at the Exeter branch were brilliant.
For 5 stars, information regarding preparing for the tests needs to be clearer. It's too generic and hidden away - should be set out in the booking email.

Decided to have a blood test done so drove to Exeter and used the walk in option and was seen straight away.
Results back by end of next working day very quick.
