Good service. Very quick response but finding it difficult to navigate the results

Results were slow, and I asked for an explanation about them and did not receive one.

Professional and efficient. Received blood test results the next day. Definately recommend this service.

The experience of my first blood test with One Day Tests was excellent. I was seen on time, the phlebotomist, Caroline, was friendly, explained the process and how results would be sent in detail and took the blood sample at the first attempt without even slight pain. The results when received were detailed and easy to follow I have signed up for further tests to monitor an ongoing health issue.

The online booking system was easy and effective - explaining everything we needed to do prior to the blood draw. Where the test is, was clean and the staff all welcoming. The nurse was friendly, professional and explained everything thoroughly, including what would happen once the results from the lab had been received. Usually it would have taken up to 5 working days however ours arrived the next morning. I would use them again and highly recommend this service. It is well priced, has every test imaginable and results are fast.

Easy to find OneDayTest online, make a reservation and pay and get results! I needed test when on vacation overseas. Close to where I was staying and results were a few days.

In terms of pros, it was simple to book my blood test and get it done in person the next day in Glasgow. The woman working there (Carly) was very friendly and managed to get blood the first time (which is rare for me!). The cons came afterwards with customer support. I emailed three times over 5 days with no reply with an urgent question. When they finally responded it was useless response. I then emailed again and it again took about 5 days to get a response. Impossible to get them on the phone too. Their chatbot is also completely AI based, makes mistakes, and there is no opportunity to speak with a human. Even though the process for getting tested was simple and I had a good experience in the clinic, I'm not sure that I would use it again based on the bad customer support. The tests are expensive and you would expect better customer support.

It was a really positive experience. I arrived for my appointment and was taken almost immediately. The clinic was clean and staff were very friendly. I was advised what would happen throughout the process and bloods taken easily. I received my results 24 hours later. The results were easy to read and understand. I would definitely go back.

From online booking, to the bloods drawn, to the results, I cannot fault One Day Tests.
Carly who looked after me at the Glasgow clinic was friendly, knowledgeable and so skilled at drawing blood, I honestly barely felt a thing and I usually struggle with having blood taken.
I had a slight issue with booking, however I spoke with Emma in customer service after I sent in an e mail, Emma called me and sorted it out immediately.
My results were delivered quickly, easy to read and understand on my dashboard. Very informative too, much better than any test I had on the NHS.
I will require a follow up test in a couple of months and I won't hesitate to book with One Day Tests and the Glasgow clinic again.

Test was easy to book and explained well. The lady was really nice when taking the blood and we got the results on a Saturday quicker than expected! Results were easy to read and understand.

We needed blood tests done in specific markers and we needed the results quickly. It was super easy to find a location and book for the next day. We had our results within 24 hours and the whole process was very easy and painless.

My appointment was on a Friday and the weather and traffic was horrendous. I was travelling from Ayrshire to Glasgow and was about 15 minutes late. I was the last appointment at 2.45pm. It was explained to me that it couldn’t be done so I asked to reschedule the appointment. Carly was very nice and took me through to reschedule the appointment. She then decided to do the test even though it was delaying her getting home. I can’t thank her enough for her kindness as I was very stressed with the whole situation getting there and feeling less than well. I got one result on the Friday evening and the others on Monday. I would highly recommend!this clinic.

Quick test and results. I made an error when purchasing and this was handled swiftly and money returned asap

Very easy to book and very good turnaround. My test had a seven day window however I asked if they could speed it up ( as I had appointments elsewhere organised where I needed my results to enable my attendance.
Turnaround was 3 days. Excellent.

Booking the test was simple. Being able to use a local clinic to provide blood was great. Really simple process. Good follow up on specific markers (Testosterone).

The test was quick and easy to book - I was able to get an appointment the very next day. The collection point itself was easy to find and the consultation room was spotless. The staff were extremely friendly and professional and I was in and out in 5 or 10 minutes. The test I ordered had a 7 day processing time according to the website but, in the end, the results came in the very next day. The test was unfortunately not appropriate to my needs (the machine was physically unable to read values as high as mine) but customer service were very responsive to my feedback and offered a full refund. I would not hesitate to use them again.
