My experience was that I walked straight in no waiting and my blood was taken quickly with no problems I the results were received in a day or two and I was able to understand the results on the printout

Great Experience so far!! The phlebotomist was very efficient and polite as she managed to collect blood sample immediately without any issues at all, even though my veins are small and hard to detect.

The young lady, Mollie was very professional, showed me how to access the results when they were emailed to me, asked if I wanted her to answer any questions I may have.

She was reassuring and it was quick and almost painless, excellent as im nervous about needles

I arrived early for my blood test appointment, was greeted by the very friendly Mollie, and was offered a test without having to wait. I was put at my ease from the outset. Mollie explained with great clarity about the test and how to interpret the results. The test was carried out with great expertise, and the whole experience provided a sense of reassurance. I received the results two days later. I would highly recommend this company and its services.

Very pleased with the service. The atmosphere was welcoming and professional, the instructions were clear, and the whole blood test process was quick and easy. The staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I even received a few kind compliments, which was a lovely touch. Results arrived quickly, and overall it was a great experience. Highly recommended.
