Professional yet person-centred services- that is how I will describe Oneday tests. It was very easy to book. There was no unnecessary delays or waiting times. The test results came back very quickly too! I will highly recommend Oneday tests.
A special shout-out to the phlebotomist at Milton Keynes Oneday test centre- I believe his name is Olly. He was absolutely fantastic! I never ever have had my bloods taken with such ease. He is brilliant- such a professional! He put me at ease and gave such person-centred care. He also explained all the services and the process very well, and in a way that it was easily understood. He is truly an asset to Oneday Tests!

Chap taking the bloods was very kind, gentle and extremely professional.

I always struggle getting bloods taken and he did it without any stress or fuss.

He went to great lengths to explain the process of what was going to be tested, how quickly the results would arrive and how best to provide this information to my GP.

He also offered a follow up with their GP if I had any questions or concerns regarding the results.

I had a blood test done by one Day Tests and I was very impressed with the service. The reason for asking this company was because I couldn’t face the the waiting, the queuing and the inconvenience of organising it through the nhs. With One Day Tests it was quick, pleasant and the result was sent to me the next day. The person who took the sample was polite, kind and cheery and put me at ease. Excellent service, quick and results next day! I went for blood test, within ten minutes I was done with forms and the test. The nurse was very informative and next day I had my results.
