Excellent service at the Newcastle clinic
This was my fourth visit to the Newcastle clinic. As always the turnaround time with results was extremely quick, and the online dashboard which shows results across time is beautifully clear (as is the information provided in respect of each of the different tests). Most importantly, the Newcastle phlebotomist (Bridie) is outstanding. She knows her stuff and she's genuinely interested in your case. I have reluctant small veins and need to have my bloods drawn without tourniquet, but Bridie does it in a flash and it's completely painless.

Top service
Booked my test and had them completed the following day. I turned up early however the nurse said it was no issue and took my bloods. Results came back the following day. Can’t fault the service I received

Very good experience!
Made me feel super comfortable even when the blood test didn’t work the first time. 0 pain, didn’t even realise the needle, even though im extremely scared of them!

Fantastic service
Fantastic service , would highly recommend One DayTests.i rang and received appointment that same day and received my results the next day ! The Phlebotomist Bridie is lovely too .
