Zishan was an excellent and examplary sales broker. I was impressed right from the beginning with both his level of knowledge about the particular details of our deal and also with the confidence he showed in walking me through the entire presentation. I think his client service skills are superior and very well honed because he listens well and close to the needs of his clients and proposes options with clear explanations without the pushiness of a salesman. Tristan has made my experience purchasing a property, first time, in a foreign country as easy as can be.
We spoke in depth about my goals and what I wish to achieve in the UAE market and Tristan is always on hand for any advice or tips I need to best navigate the market.
Since speaking to Tristan initially, I have now put down a deposit on a townhouse and am buying an apartment also.

He has also gone one further and booked me flights and accomodation this month to see for myself how my investments will be working in person!

What a disgraceful company! They failed to provide documented Terms and Conditions for the fly-in offer which part of sale and a big selling point for them. They tried to blame everything on Damac (the developer), they then asked me to argue with Damac instead of themselves. But they sold me the property NOT Damac!! Be careful when you buy in the UAE as stuff will be hidden from you and the process lacks transparency that you would get in the UK when solicitors are involved.

Kirren took time to show us a great wide of the possibile projects , such that we could make informed decisions, she’s client centric and so looks out for what we want and what is best for us, which makes her a great success as that is a selling point. We were pleased with all the explanations and clarification we got such that we ended up showing Interest on a unit within a day! I also noted that travelling to SA made a huge difference!

I write this review specially for the wonderful Kirren! Getting to the real estate business in dubai was a little daunting as there are soo many agents getting you to sign on property deals. Kirrens approach to assisting me has been completely different, she has made me feel like more of a friend than an agent wanting me to sign on to something. As a friend would she gave me sincere advise, helped me understand many things I wouldn't have understood from another agent. Very honest , professional. It was lovely meeting her and can't recommend her enough! Thank you once again!
