My experience was seamless and easy. I purchased 5 beautiful sarees. I needed customization and the company connected with me to ensure they had the correct measurements. Not only are their garments beautiful, their customer service is excellent.

Horrible service! The order did not arrive on time, even after contacting them several times it still came way past the expected delivery date. When I returned the saree they didn't not refund the money even after asking and texting several times. Worst clothing store ever.

This was my first experience with ordering a pre-stitched saree from India to US. The whole process was very smooth and stress free. I ordered the Lucia Lavender Silk saree. The fit is flattering and it is plus size friendly. The saree feels very light and it is super convenient. I would definitely go back for a second.

Plus Size friendly! I haven’t found any Desi clothing companies that cater to plus sizes this well. I was pleasantly surprised. Easy to wear. The material wasn’t as sturdy as expected so keep in mind when planning your outfit.

My mother and I both ordered a saree. We had different materials. She has satin and mine is cotton. It only took 20 seconds to put this saree on and it was perfect fit! Absolutely gorgeous. And the maker even emailed me to make sure the measurements were correct before she continued! We have a hard time with traditional sarees and you can't tell AT ALL that this is not put on traditionally! We are so happy with our sarees, we can't wait to order more for more variety. We wear our sarees to the temple every week so we need more!!!!! Thank you for these beautiful outfits!

Bad service no returns, argumentative

I had received two saree with blouses that had horrible stitching, they asked for photos and I showed them. They still kept persisting for more and more photos and being argumentative. They DO NOT TAKE returns. Such horrible customer service

I bought one saree and I loved it so much I bought another immediately after with an additional blouse this time. The stitching and fabrics are lovely. I wish the pleats were a little deeper. I ordered one size bigger for the blouse and there is plenty of room. I would love front zips on my blouses (I don’t wear skimpy ones) so I can just zip up and go 😂 I cover as much as I can with the pallu anyway!

Brought a saree for my 1st wedding anniversary and was very satisfied with the packaging and product also received soon than I expected.

Super service. Super tailoring. Everything fit exactly as it should. The turnaround time was quick and the package arrived safely. We will definitely recommend them to others and use them ourselves again.

Bad quality sarees. While their customer service is responsive, they do not offer refunds for damage even when their website states it. Instead they will argue with you and try to prove you wrong.

They offered to give me $20 for dry cleaning for a stain that was on the saree instead of doing the right thing according to their return policy.
