Easy to use, very professional staff and a personable notary who explained things to me as this was my first experience using an online notary. Very reasonably priced and I was able to request a specific state which was required for my paperwork.

Finally Success!
Today I was directed by my Law Firm to use "One Notary" to have important Documents notorized with my signature. I am 78 and in poor health, now living in Thailand. I was instructed to verify myself by sending photos on my Iphone of my Passport, Driving License, Etc. I waited for the return text, but after four attemps nothing had arrived. I then tried the QR Code, with the return message that they could not access my camera. I went to their Helpline Chat, and forwarded the photos to them only to be told that they could not transfer the photos to the proper Department.
Today, July First I was finally able to connect with the Proper Agent who walked me through the entire process. Thanks for making things right this time!

Seamless Remote Notarization Experience
I had an outstanding experience with OneNotary! The entire process was seamless, straightforward, and much easier than I expected.
A special shoutout to Shivonne, who was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and professional throughout the entire session. I was dealing with a time-sensitive matter and was understandably stressed, but her calm, positive attitude immediately put me at ease.
