shipped an open-box product and refused refund. Unsurprisingly, the product broke down after few months of use.

i bought a keyboard and switches as a gift for someone. when they arrived both product boxes were so raggedy and dinged up. the cardboard was ripped at the seal and the corners were banged up. it honestly looks really bad and i feel awful giving this as a gift.

i'm conflicted because on one hand, what can you do, "it's just a box" and on the other hand, it doesn't seem right that i paid for something expensive and the box looks trashed.

this was not because of fedex, btw. like most keyboards, this one also came wrapped in a plastic bag, so it was clearly packed like that.

i was excited to shop from oneofzero, but probably won't order from them again tbh. idk... just wasn't a great experience.

Got a sweet deal on a keyboard for black friday and added one of their desk mats to my order. My order got delivered the following afternoon which was faster than I expected. Products were all solid including their desk mat which was surprisingly good quality compared to other desk mats I have had in the past.

Purchased a mouse and tried to return it unopened. Left on read ("your problem now"). Would not deal with them again if you can't even reply like a human being to a customer inquiry, what's the point of a return policy?

Sent my product via a shipping method that is ineligible to be delivered to me. Haven't refunded me or offered to ship it in a way that I can record it. Basically stole my $35 atp

Oneofzero advertised a false promotion - did not honor promo, cancelled hundreds of orders. This was likely a play to draw traffic to their site. I would not order from this business, and purchase my keyboards elsewhere.

these inbreds cancelled my order didnt refund me. and i had to manually email them to tell them about their own mistake. if i did not do anything, if i was busy with real life, i would have never gotten my product or a refund, BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY DO NOT ORDER.

tldr; order was frozen and they would have not emailed me anything UNLESS I FIRST initiated the contact... super scary place to order from.

amazing, I've ordered keyboards here before and very high quality this is my go-to for REALLY REALLY good boards.
