Appreciate you taking the time, though a couple of points here don't line up.
The loader is listed in your customer dashboard and in the "Setup Guid" tab on the website it's not email-only, and it's viewable before even purchasing. And noclip isn't a feature in any product we sell, so a ban from using it isn't something that could come from our software. If you genuinely had trouble locating your files, we're happy to walk you through it just reopen your ticket. We'd rather get you sorted than leave this on a misunderstanding.

Any product listed as undetected, actually is undetected.

Bans can be due to loads of different factors, including HWID Bans, Spoofer issues or just being blatant.

Next time before you leave a bad review, maybe think to contact us first so you can actually get an explanation on why bans may occur.
