Great service and always an amazing quality of villa

We booked the Can Estella Villa in Port Des Torrant and it completely exceeded our expectations. The whole process of booking was amazing from start to finish. I would definitely recommend One Villas.

Cuando se trata de servicios supuestamente “premium” la atención debe ser exquisita y no pueden dejarse sin atender ni dar respuesta las solicitudes de los clientes, especialmente si hacen referencia a un tema tan delicado como es la calefacción.

Only criticism would be the need to go to the office
to sort out deposits etc. before actually getting to
the villa. Not ideal after a long journey.

Really lovely villa, excellent service from OneVillasIbiza too, both from the office and from Erno on the Island. Our villa was in a great location just a short walk from the beach and all that has to offer including some fantastic restaurants. We had a wonderful two week holiday on our first visit to Ibiza. We shall return and OVI will be our first port of call to source our holiday home.

We had an excellent and responsive service from the OneVillasIbiza team both when booking and during our stay. Both villas (Can Rana Real and Villa Bella) were beautiful, high quality and good value for money. The team were friendly and very helpful. We are based in the UK and have rented villas with other UK villa companies before. OneVillas met the high standards we have been used to. Thanks for a great holiday!

We had a great holiday. The villa was excellent. No problems at all.

Absolutely fabulous villa with excellent amenities.

Our villa (Villa Nikka) was broken into on our first night. We arrived back after dinner at around midnight to find a window had been broken through and most of our valuables stolen.

We were unable to reach anyone from OneVillas until 2am. We were given no help in dealing with the police nor did anyone come to the villa to help us until 11am the morning after.

We were not provided with any options for accommodation that evening so we had to stay in the unsecured villa til we could find a hotel the next day.

We were extremely unhappy with the level of service we received. It was very unclear as to who was actually in charge and who had authority to deal with the situation.

We did not return to the villa and we certainly wont be using this company again.

The OneVillas Ibiza team could not do enough for us. Their organisation and attention to detail is superb, and the villa itself was top notch. We will be definitely be using them again. Just for info, we are based in UK, but everything was handled easily by email.
