I was informed that a package had been left for me... IT WAS NOT! I shall never buy anything that is to be delivered by ONEWORLD.

I always use the Sandalwood soap as it smells lovely, it's cruelty free and it supports the people in India.

Great service, simple ordering and liked the personal touch with purchase packing. I am trying the soap mainly as a shampoo to alleviate itchy scalp (not dandruff) and while no miracle cure, believe it has improved. I do use it on my face as well and it is perfectly fine.

Always very pleased with the products and the fast, efficient, friendly service.

I love this shop! It has a huge range of items, reasonably priced and most importantly, ethically sourced. The felt flowers are beautiful, so is the wrapping paper. I've purchased many items and it's always a pleasure to receive and gift them (and then come back to buy them again, for me!)

Bought a rug, blanket and few bits and pieces. I'm so chuffed that I ordered another blanket straight away. Friendly and prompt service too.

I am very pleased with the products delivered and the service I have received. One of the items ordered had to be substituted and the communication with the vendor about this was very prompt and clear.

My daughter was absolutely thrilled with her Garnet and Silver Stamped Bead Earrings. They were part of her 25th Birthday present, of which she had no idea she was receiving. The earrings were beautiful and so unique, suited my daughter to a 't'! The gift case that they came in was a gorgeous finishing touch to.

I love visiting this shop in Edinburgh as they have many interesting items very suitable as gifts. Also I feel happy to think that even if it turns out to be not exactly what the person would have chosen for themselves at least the purchase has helped some deserving person in the world! This Christmas I ordered some items online to click-and-collect and the service was brilliant, all ready and labelled to hand out to me when I went in. The staff are so friendly and helpful it makes shopping there a very pleasant experience.

Problem free order and delivery . Discovered web site whilst searching for Pachamama goods for my two granddaughters, found what I was looking for and within days they were here . Excellent .
