Efficient service. I was informed that one item was out of stock almost immediately and a refund for that amount was made. The rest of the goods arrived speedily and well wrapped. I will be very happy to buy from the One World Shop again.

We recently used the One World Shop Edinburgh to click and collect some gifts and also to have other gifts delivered. We were impressed by the ease and speed of both contacts and also the selection and quality of gifts. The delivery was by bike! and shop really tries to offer sustainable products. The click and collect was safe re Covid and speedy. Highly recommend.

I was absolutely delighted with my ethical, fairtrade Christmas shopping from the One World Shop, delivered to my door. I have beautiful and unusual decorations and practical and useful bags, socks and a wallet made from an Innertube! How's that for recycling! I love the One World Shop and always shop there for presents for family and friends, especially for Christmas. This year I had to use their online shop and I am very impressed with it. It is easy to navigate and works well. My first order arrived within a few days. Other sites I tried were clunky and slow so I put in another order to One World. Cheers, you are super.
