Enttäuschender Service und Verzögerungen im Versand
Am 22. August habe ich ein Produkt bestellt und umgehend eine Versandbestätigung erhalten. Allerdings zeigt die Sendungsverfolgung von UPS, dass der Artikel zwar für den Versand angemeldet, aber noch nicht tatsächlich übergeben wurde. Seitdem sind mehrere Tage vergangen, ohne dass sich der Status geändert hat.
Ich habe wiederholt versucht, den technischen Support zu kontaktieren, um Aufklärung zu erhalten, leider ohne Erfolg. Jedes Mal, wenn ich anrufe, ist die Leitung besetzt. Diese mangelnde Erreichbarkeit des Supports und die Verzögerung im Versandprozess haben mein Vertrauen in das Unternehmen stark beeinträchtigt.
Ich erwarte von einem Unternehmen, dass es seine Versandangaben einhält und im Falle von Verzögerungen aktiv kommuniziert. Auch sollte der Kundenservice zugänglich und reaktionsschnell sein, um Unterstützung und Informationen zu bieten. Leider wurde beides in meinem Fall nicht erfüllt.
Ich hoffe, dass das Unternehmen diesen Bereich verbessern kann und zukünftig eine bessere Erfahrung für seine Kunden sicherstellt.
Update: 12.09.2024
Die Rückerstattung von dem überwiesenen Betrag wurde zügig zurücküberwiesen. Dafür vergebe ich einen weiteren Stern.

This TV stand is absolutely perfect, and easy to put together, once you figure out what the instructions mean. That took a bit of thinking, but once it went together, it was simpler than I thought. And it works perfectly.

Great product
The product showed up quickly and with all the pieces.
I was impressed with the durability of the product and simple instructions to mount the TV with a broad range of surfaces and TV sizes. I would recommend their product to anyone.

Item arrived with the box…
Review based off my purchase of the Onkron G90. Item arrived with the box untaped/unsecured and no instructions. Parts bag was opened but thankfully everything I needed was present. Item also had a plastic slider that arrived broken. Pretty disappointed but it works

Broken Parts
We ordered this stand and parts came broken. The customer service rep did a great job quickly sending out new parts but one of the pieces arrived broken again. Still waiting on a replacement part. Customer service is great but would have liked to have the stand complete a month after ordering.

Confusing weight descriptions on TV stand
The website had issues with my auto-fill address details. My UPS delivery was significantly delayed, involving numerous rescheduled dates and times, yet without any successful delivery. Support was unresponsive until after the package had finally arrived. Upon arrival, the packaging appeared as though it had been previously returned. Despite the TV stand being labeled for a 60kg weight capacity, their support team clarified that it's actually rated for a maximum of 45kg for a TV.
