Update. Company refuses to refund or replace the defective pen after many weeks/ months ... and blames me!!
Buyer beware and stay clear as you too could be hundreds of pounds out of pocket for substandard pens.

Been ordering injection medicine for over a year and all ok ... Until the last batch.

Injection pen defective and jammed and it's been weeks and weeks trying to get a refund. Videos sent, messages, online forms, everything.

I've lost hundreds of pounds and they are making it extremely difficult if not impossible to resolve.

Here’s the scenario, you’ve got a repeat prescription that you pay for monthly,your credit card renews your card and changes your card number!
All we need to do is update the card details online with Lloyds Pharmacy online..
Well you can’t. Not according to the website or customer services over the phone. What you do is wait for 2-3 card declines before you’re prompted to update before your prescription is permanently cancelled.
That’s what I’ve been told

have been with this pharmacy for awhile now i find it easy to set up your medication on line and once you have filled the questions out you just have to go through it so you dont have to do it again oh and delivery is brilliant ordered my tablets Thursday they came Saturday

I paid for next day delivery on Monday and it is Thursday and still hasn’t been delivered to felmores post office which is due to close for the last time on Friday 1st May .

6 weeks to wait for a appointment from the NHS, this was a much simpler and quicker process.
