Made the logo, paid for the premium pass to download and edit it in high res, with a clear background. They then sent the low res copies with a white background which are no use. Followed the link back the page and it said I could only download the free low res version, tried again and it asked me to pay again.. went to login but they never sent me a link to set up password so can't log in. No way to reset email address... customer service hasn't replied through their web form and the emails to their email don't deliver. Robbed.

The first review I gave Logo Maker 2 starts. The logo was not sharp and I did not get all the files. After wasting tons of my time I finally had to call them out. They could have easily look at the logo and told me it was not coming out well. There was no way for me to tell.
Wynter stepped up and contacted me to get this matter fixed. It is sad this is something they should have done upfront. I can never regain the time lost. I have other marketing items I need but I will not purchase from them. Lazy people will continue to cost them business. I have noticed most of these absentee internet businesses are like this. They will review themselves out of business.

I don't like the fact that they tell you at the beginning it's free, then when you've done your logo, if you want the low resolution for commercial use, they threaten you by taking legal actions against you.

Used to be totally free of charge, but has now become a useless milking machine...

Paid for a premium account and got none of the promised perks, just kept prompting me to purchase the premium account again. Emailed twice-no response. Called three times-no answer. Tried to use their online chat like 12 different times- no one ever responded. DO NOT GIVE THIS WEBSITE YOUR BUSINESS

Not only is the site useless but the technical person responding to my request for a refund refused my request.

DO NOT PAY FOR A PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP. THE SOFTWARE IS NO DIFFERENT THAN THE FREE SOFTWARE. IT IS CLUMSY TO USE AND A WASTE OF MONEY.

The best logo creator I found on the Internet for sure!!
