Waited too long online to get service. The notary was excellent! But, I almost hung up!

The notary public was patient with my 98 year old father and with me as we went thru the process. I had the sound from my phone going to my hearing aides, and once I realized that, I was able to broadcast the sound so that my father could hear it. The process went smoothly.

I was very nervous about going thru the process. I'm not very tech savvy but as soon as I got thru the steps and Katherine (NV Rep) (don't remember her last name) but her energy relaxed me immediately! It was smoothe and painless journey!
