I cannot say enough good things about Onloan, it has genuinely revolutionised the way I approach shopping (or more accurately, not shopping). The website is easy to use and constantly being updated with new labels and styles, the clothes that arrive are not only cleaner and better presented than clothes in my closet-- they look and feel better than what I used to buy in shops, and returns are super easy. Their customer service team is unmatched and goes so far out of their way to make the loaning experience something everyone can enjoy, regardless of how busy life can get. Renting my clothes has completely rewired my brain when it comes to how much I shop, the level of quality I now expect in my clothes, and the way I select and maintain the key pieces in my wardrobe. I have tried many different rental services, and Onloan is by far and away the best one in my personal experience.

Such a brilliant idea. For less than £70 a month I get to wear 2 new outfits a month. Being able to rotate my wardrobe like this for special occasions is fantastic. It doesn't break the bank and feels so much less wasteful than purchasing statement fashion pieces you just don't wear that often. Bravo Onloan!

Onloan are a really good rental service and with a few tweaks they could be excellent. There is a good selection of clothes and some accessories on their website. Ordering items is really straightforward and they are delivered quickly. It's great that you can swap items too if they don't work for you. The customer service is excellent, they have a really responsive team and I've found emails are answered within a few hours.
I think the biggest work in progress is the return and pausing systems, I do think it's too slow. So, I swapped some items and sent the items I didn't want back. They say you should wait for them to give you the go-ahead to order replacements but this took three days, and I had to chase them. I had a similar experience with pausing my subscription, but customer service sorted this out quickly for me. I'm not sure why their can't be an immediate notification once your items are scanned for return via CollectPlus. Overall, I would recommend the service and I will go back and rent with them in the future.

Onloan are a very responsive company and have been professional and proactive whenever I’ve contacted them. I’ve really enjoyed using the service, it’s simple and returning clothes is easy and there are some lovely options for different styles. The only issue is that as a small company and due to the nature of the fashion industry, it’s harder for them to have the variety of clothes in larger sizes. As a size 16 (I appreciate I have my own privilege in that I am able to use the service at all, there are many people who love well-made, fashionable clothes and want to stop using fast fashion, who are completely cut off from these sorts of services because of the total lack of size inclusivity in fashion) it’s a bit disappointing to see you have less than third of the options as others, whilst paying the same amount of money per month. Overall a lovely company, a great concept, but it does feel a little unfair to pay the same amount as some who is say a size ten but have way less to choose from.

I've used onloan for the past 9 months and it's incredible! Totally transformed the way I dress, gives me access to amazing designers for £99 a month (I have the 4 items subscription).

Super easy experience; rented the Shrimps Jumper and the Mother of Pearl dress, both absolutely beautiful.
Rented a jacket first but it wasn't suitable so I swapped, again super easy - all sorted within the matter of days. Thank you Fiona and Tasmin for such a personal experience and helping me find designers for my odd bod, Thanks again!!! Xx

Onloan is an exciting, fashion forward brand offering impeccably curated selection of designer clothes. Onloan is led by a team of very impressive ladies and their passion for fashion and sustainability shines through everything they do (from selection of the hottest designers to their excellent customer service). The clothes are amazing, delivered promptly in sustainable packaging and onloan are very flexible with swaps if anything is not quite right. Onloan is definitely my best fashion discovery of 2021 and I can’t recommend them enough.

I love the concept of this and the clothes are brilliant. It’s really easy to use but unfortunately quite limited availability- almost everything I wanted wasn’t available in my size which is why I’ve stopped using it for now.

I LOVE Onloan! Before I started renting clothes from these guys I always used to find fashion something I struggled with - I wanted to buy nice, fun colourful things but was always blocked by the thought that I should buy more sensible uniform pieces with my money.

Now I've been let off the hook and it feels great, I can wear all kinds of colours, trends and shapes and I honestly feel like I'm expressing myself through clothes in a way that feels right for me for the first time in years. I'm having so much fun.

The curation of styles and designers is excellent and the customer service is always bang on. I couldn't recommend this business more for someone looking to really just enjoy playing with their look, explore new designers and engage in a far more sustainable way with fashion in general.

Dressing after a baby can be fun! And the rest. Love trying clothes and styles that I’ve always wanted, addicted to the compliments and telling everyone about Onloan..who then also try it out and love it too. Moreover, customer service if there are mix ups has been incredible. Worth a try for sure, do it

I've really enjoyed my subscription to Onloan over the past few months. A great way to get to wear beautiful high quality clothes. I've ended up buying a few pieces after being unable to part with them at the end of the rental period. Other pieces I enjoyed for a month and then felt ready to let go, and was happy that they were rented. The customer service has also been great. Can definitely recommend Onloan!

Gah I love this service so much. I never write reviews but just needed to share the love on this one. Onloan is basically like your chic monthly veg box delivery service except you don't get organic carrots - you get designer clothes. Only gripe is for more size 10s!
