gas, smelled good taste good

I was sent some nimbus kush in place of some snowballs I was sent that smelled like mold and mildew and had a bunch of seeds in it the snowballs. Nimbus kush no smell to it just tasted like smoke so I just turned it into bho stuff barely had anything it I got a little over a gram and a half back out of a half an Oz. But it was free kinda so not gonna complain to much but went through baysmokes to get it and on thanksgiving put in another order messaged back n forth with the guy twice never said anything about not having what I ordered then last night got an email saying hopefully by the end of the week. So they took my money knowing they didn't have the product money I do t have to just throw around this time of year but I've dealt with them twice now and twice there has been something screwed up with my order like I smoked the last of my other stash expecting them to be sending it out now im completely dont have the money to go anywhere else unless I dont want to get my kid anything for Christmas I guess with it going illegal they just dont give a crap. It takes a couple days in between emails even when you email him literally 5 mins after he emails you just very upset with baysmokes right now and I got the onlygas nimbus kush "junk" from baysmokes as a make up for a mess up.

purchased $40 worth of product from them on 4/2/2025. Website said shipping in 1-3 business days. I’ve sent the support team over 12 emails since I ordered my product. They only ever replied the first time when it was the fourth business day and it still never shipped.

Item “shipped” on 4/14/2025, but to this day that Im writing this on 4/27/2025, the tracking status still says “usps awaiting item”

These guys won’t respond to any of my emails, they won’t ship it out. Im going to have to talk to my bank to get a refund since these guys are ghosting me.

It’s a shame. I heard good things about this company, but for some reason I got shafted by them. I will not be ordering from them ever again

I placed an order with this company online. I never received any order or shipping updates. I've emailed them several times and got no response about the order or a refund.
This is the same Bay smokes company under a different name/ website
Order from elsewhere, this company appears to be fraudulent. I never received my order or my money back and never got a response from the company.
