Over the past few months, our experience with Onsurity Insurance has unfortunately shifted from pleasant to concerning. As a client relying on their services for our employees' insurance needs, it's disheartening to share that we've faced significant challenges.

Initially, our journey with Onsurity was positive. However, issues began surfacing a few months ago. Claims from our employees started going unprocessed, and repeated inquiries were redirected to our HR SPOC. Yet, no information was communicated to our HR department or anyone else in our organization.

Despite these unresolved issues, premium collections from our end continued unabated. Our attempts to reach out through their suggested channels, including WhatsApp and email, were met with generic responses or instructions to contact our account manager. Unfortunately, even after weeks of follow-up, the only communication we received was an irrelevant query about the number of employees enrolled versus those on Onsurity's plan.

Our response to clarify the situation seemed to disappear into a void, with no further communication from Onsurity's end, apart from an out-of-office reply from our account manager. This lack of response and absence of alternative contacts for assistance have left us in a difficult position.

We will not recommend Onsurity to anyone.

Incredibly positive and very supportive environment. You are given enough space to apply your skills and take responsibility of your projects as you see fit. Plenty of opportunities to be innovative and manage yourself.

Onsurity is a great place to work. Though it is a startup they are providing employee benefits equal to MNC standards. Working at Onsurity is really awesome you will be getting so much of motivation in implementing your ideas. During this pandemic time also they are really taking care of the employees very well. Trust me co-founder of onsurity is personally texting everyone and asking about their safety and wellbeing. This is one of the reason to say onsurity will treat their employees as a family.
