Dan was excellent. He was polite, informative and very and patient. As a owner of classic motorcycles he explained and guided me to a very good modern motorcycle. I would recommend Onthewheel to other customers by the way Dan made my purchase a good experience.

I went in to the shop to see what kind of deal I could get on an exchange with my bike, not expecting to find much. Dan welcomed me, remembered my name and asked what he could help me with.
He showed me round a couple of bikes, with no pressure or hard sell. Sat me down and went through the numbers for my bike and what they could do in the way of exchange.
I was pleasantly surprised by the offer and walked away to come back two hours later to collect my new bike.. It couldn't have been simpler. I would recommend them to everyone. Particular thanks to Dan for making it all so simple.

A good look around was met with particular knowledge for the brand of bike I was looking at, helping to make a choice easier and the process was well explained and went smoothly. The same can be said when I collected the bike which was a great experience.

From my first call to OTW, answered by Dan, to meeting him later that day, the service from him and the team was excellent. Dan discussed the bike I was interested with clear knowledge of the bike and was honest around what could be done with any part-exchange. Post-sale comms were great, and collection of the bike was done with a thorough explanation of features. Highly recommended and would use again.

I had been browsing the variation of bikes On the wheel offers online for ages. I went in today to purchase my first bike and it could not have been easier. I went in having in mind what I wanted and was helped by Dan. Really appreciated that he was simply very honest about both bikes I had in mind, giving the pros and cons to both. After the decision was made he went through everything and even recommended kit which I still needed to get. Great customer service, cannot wait to pick up the bike once ready 😁😁

Honestly great place!!! I am glad that I visited this motorcycle showroom. Didn’t expect this much variation of motorcycle. Also, Dan who showed me around, was a great help,he was not like a sales man but really like guide and a friend who with his most honest and friendly advicea, helped me to choose the best motorcycle (for me)
I feel this showroom will be my safe and honest place regarding any business for my bike.
