Don't trust onyxum ! It is Scam company . Totally fake information !
During the presentation, they say that you can book 4-5 star hotels at low prices . In fact, they are reselling the service.
I compared with booking . com , onyxum offers at high prices .
Too much minuses in this company .
The booking process looks so medieval
You don't have much choice. In the end, you choose what they offer you.
For booking hotel reservation you have to open ticket , wait some days till any operator will offer you any hotel . This process can take very long time . I opened ticket for booking in 17.06.2022 and finally was reserved in 04.08.2022 .
I accepted the offer of onyxum and chose a hotel in Batumi hoping that it would be a normal hotel.
Onyx take from me $1560 for 7 night but transfered to choosed hotel just $840 . The hotes was 3 star , very low quality of service .
Hotel name First Line Hotel (ulitsa Khimshiashvilli, 15 А, Batumi)
My advice to all bookers , book hotel or directly by reception or by booking . com . Don't believe this scammers onyxum workers .

I have paid more than 2000 $ and I couldn’t use my all package, book your hotel yourself is cheaper than opening a scam business with no future !!! They deserve 0 star

I enjoyed my holidays with the family in Apaga Resort, Tavush Reagon of Armenia.
There were two awesome days we spent there with hiking and horse riding.

My expectations did not come true.

When I bought the package, I was looking for how to spend the New Year holidays.
Among the availables, I chose the one that offered a Christmas event and 2 days of rest for 2 people. And all that within the framework of my credits.

I am new to this organization.
I didn't know I had to confirm after the order and for that I was rejected.
Then I asked the organization to submit such an offer and I agreed to spend the holidays in Yerevan's hotels.

I called the recommended hotels and chose the one that offered the most convenient package for me.
It included 2 nights(standard DBL room + breakfast) + New Year's gala concert for 2 people within 384 credits.
The Onyxum company provided me with 430 credits for the same hotel for Deluxe Double or Twin Room and breakfast.

The organization refused my request with apologies.

Now as a result what I have.
1) I am not be able to use my money on New Year ceremony and rest.

2) I could not register in the hotel I wanted on the terms I wanted, even agreeing to pay a higher price than the hotel offer.

3) It turned out that Onyxum offers are inflexible and the prices are not so low.

In October of this year, I spent 10 days with my sister in the Grand Resort Hotel in Jermuk. High quality և I had a wonderful rest, I will use it again and again, I recommend everyone to use Onyxum services.
