It is a great service especially for the UK suppliers who do not send to S. Ireland. It would be nice if there was an Oohpod close to me. Staff in Jonesboro are really helpful.

Very convenient
Very convenient. Goods arrive in perfect condition. Goods are safe. I love the flexibility in collecting items. 48 hours is reasonable considering one can collect goods at anytime of the day.

I used this service for UPS parcel drop…
I used this service for UPS parcel drop off, parcel wasn't collected .. total waste of time, I should have selected to have UPS collect it at my home.
Nobody (OOHPod) or UPS know what the status is .. it is just sitting in the locker. I paid extra for express delivery and got express nightmare instead.
Do not use this service for UPS drop offs ..

If I could give this zero stars I…
If I could give this zero stars I would. Ordered through Vinted to have items delivered by Yodel to OOHPOD Castlereagh. Yodel tried 3 times but said OOHPod has no capacity. I asked Ellen from Online Chat why this was who quickly told me my item was delivered at 10.50 am today however Yodel said it was with them. First and last time I'll use this pod...absolute waste of time and Online help was one big lie

Such a great service
Such a great service. Convenient oversized package pick up times and 24 hr lockers for regular deliveries.
Had an issue on my end with picking up a package and customer service was second to none. 10/10 recommend.
