I absolutely ADORE Uma's creativity and craftsmanship, but I feel like the process behind an engagement ring should go beyond just clicking your selection into a cart and "checking out". I had asked for suggestions, I had asked for a comparison between metals, and received no response. There were no progress photos during the crafting time, there we no rough photos suggesting the outcome of the engagement ring, and when we received the ring I had immediate regret about the setting we had gone with. It would've been nice to have had some sort of interaction with her or her team beyond just collecting our money and sending it out.

I purchased a wedding band and an engagement ring for my fiance. She loved them so much and I was so happy with the product and customer service that I ordered a necklace from uma as a wedding present.

Uma and her team are absolutely wondrous. I’ve purchased both a wedding band and a custom necklace from her, and given the preview of the Elvindell pendent she just teased I’m sure I’ll be buying from her again in the future. Her pieces are handcrafted so elegantly and the level of detail — and the perfection in each piece despite that high level of detail — is absolutely unmatched. I’ve gotten so many compliments when I wear either piece. Her pricing is more than fair (honestly she could and should charge more but she is soooo fair and sweet to her customers) so it’s well worth the purchase. Cannot recommend Oore enough.
