I have used this company three times now and have consistently been very pleased with the service.
My recent order arrived within a few days, and I was kept fully informed throughout the delivery process with clear updates on its progress.
I sent an email asking a question late in the evening. Whereas many companies take a day or two to respond, Chris replied within the hour, which was super impressive on many levels.
The customer service is efficient, responsive, and professional. I would not hesitate to continue using this company and would confidently recommend them.
Great service and products. Questions were promptly answered. Yes, there was no dispatch notification but I ordered on a Sunday and reviewed a message from Royal Mail to say they were expecting to deliver my package on Thursday. It arrived on Wednesday. I have noticed an major improvement since using the gel. My teeth were quite stained after years of tea , coffee etc. They are now noticeably whiter (not glaringly white). I have placed another order today so that I can achieve my desired shade.
I purchased items from Opalescence whitening. I had an issue with the delivery from the postal system and this was managed so well from Opalescence. The customer service is excellent and in particular Daniel is prompt, courteous, customer focused and understanding. Thank you for your help Sharon

Arrived on time, works great. Will order again! To those saying the gel burned their gums: you must stick to the wear times, which vary by strength.
Great product used it for a few years now. Was recommended by dentist in uk after having teeth whitened in India and have never had a problem
Amazing product! On to my third order now! 20 minutes under my Invisalign and my teeth are so much white
Good prompt delivery and experience. Problems experienced with the tubes as the nozzle came off two. So made usage very difficult.
I recently noticed that my sister’s teeth seemed beautifully white and asked her what she had used. She told me the 35% whitening gel from Opalescence. I went online and was very pleased to see that it was on offer. I am using the gel on alternative days and am very pleased with the progress so far. I intend to carry on for a little while longer to get my teeth as white as my sisters.

Only fault is I had no dispatch email/ notification but it arrived in the time it said it would.
Ordered Sunday night arrived Wed morning.
Fast delivery. When I used a lower percentage gel it worked lovely. But didn't like leaving the dental tray in over night. So tried higher percentage which meant they stayed in front r 30-45 mins. But....the gel burnt my gums and it hurts like hel. Plusy gums are white, I assume that's the burn. So be careful..
My order never arrived. I had emailed several times and no one responds. The products are very expensive too. I shan’t be ordering from them again, and I would advise others to steer clear!

I have been ordering opalescence teeth whitening gel with this company for the last couple of years. There products are brilliant really do work , as for quite a number of years lacking self confidence with my yellow teeth I had nearly given up searching for a product what would make my teeth look brighter, now using opalescence my teeth are white again so very happy. The customer service is Fantastic very helpful I highly recommended ordering from this company you won't be disappointed 🙂
I ordered some products from opalescence, I had a slight issue which I spoke to customer service about. I received a phone call from Daniel who resolved my issue immediately. Highly recommended this company as for me, I rather purchase from a company who are understanding and polite, it makes my shopping experience 10x better.
I alerted the Company about a problem with my order.
I emailed then and they phoned me back the same day.
The problem was resolved quickly and professionally.
