Can’t fault them , had abit of nightmare trying to set up pc, customer service was a dream helped me sort it, then had an issue with the key sorted that for me as well. Highly recommend

Perfect product and customer service
The product is perfect and the customer service is incredibly responsive, seemingly 24 hour a day, as I am in Europe and I wrote early this morning and they replied to each email immediately, much sooner than I had expected!

I am supper happy about the support i recieved from OpenSmartTech. I contactesd the whatsapp line and it was so quick and effective. Respondent was supper patient and suported me thoughtout the downloading and installation process until I got it all right. I am really enjoying my MS Visio.
Absolutetly Splendid service.
I will definately come back to OpenSmartTeck.

I have no words to express how much support I received to install windows 11 pro on my windows 11 home. Something very easy became almost impossible. The guys were absolutely fab on give me instructions instantly on whatapp. Thank you all so much!! Very much appreciated and sorry for the inconvenience

Installed an app for my computer. I couldn’t work out why it wasn’t installing. So I used the WhatsApp number and the guy helped me all out with it not only helped me with what to do but because I was struggling with that. He shared my screen and installed it for me.

It took me ages to pay for my purchase via World Pay and I think there may have been something wrong with the payment system. All sorted in the end and very good service.
