Car was picked up on time and delivered when they said it would be. Driver gave me updates while the car was being transported. Car arrived in excellent condition in an enclosed trailer. I would 100% use this company again and highly recommend them. Mark Miller was great to work with and communication was excellent.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with an auto transport broker.
On June 19, 2026, I paid a $100 deposit after being quoted $545 by Emma from Operex Auto Trans. Before paying, I specifically asked whether the price would change, and I was led to believe it would not.
After taking my deposit, they barely communicated with me for three weeks. Then, out of nowhere, they told me the price had jumped to $1,695 (at one point they even mentioned $1,795 before saying my remaining balance would be $1,695 after the deposit). That's more than three times the original quote.
This feels like a classic bait-and-switch. They use a very low quote to get your deposit, then later claim they can't find a driver unless you pay thousands more. Had they been honest about the real market price from the beginning, I never would have placed the order.
When I refused to pay the inflated price, I requested a cancellation and a refund because they failed to honor the quoted price. The entire experience was frustrating, misleading, and a complete waste of my time.
I would strongly avoid this company. There are plenty of reputable transport companies that don't lure customers in with unrealistic quotes only to dramatically increase the price after taking a deposit.

This company is a scam. They quoted me $745 to ship my car. Had me pay using zelle so I couldn't get a refund. When they found a driver the price doubled to $1500. This guy Michael claims he has tons of experience at quoting jobs but then how could you be that far off. Over double!!! When I asked for a refund he refused and then wanted to charge me a $200 cancelation fee. Are you kidding me. This guy kept calling for days. I would never recommend this company. They give you a low price and collect a deposit and keep it, that's my experience. Sounds like a good ol scam. Unfortunately this guy Michael is ruining chances for honest people from India. I get calls all the time that are obvious scams from people with an Indian accent and I thought I'd believe this guy because the company exists on the DOT website. Bad mistake there...don't use this company.

Worked with Adam Brown and he gave a fair quote and got my car halfway across country in 2 days.

I truly appreciate Ben's honesty and being frank even if it was something I didn't want to hear. He also put time and effort into finding a driver/real-quote with no charge to me. I learned a lot about this business and how tricky it is to navigate. Since I have a very old car, I ended up not having it transported across country as the numbers did not make sense. Still, after being misdirected and baited by so many brokers, Ben was a refreshing voice in the noise.
