Sergio has been an outstanding account manager throughout my funding process. He explains everything clearly, keeps things simple, and is always responsive and supportive. His guidance made securing funding far less stressful, and I truly appreciate his professionalism and dedication.

I did not use OPM for a loan, but rather paid for one-on-one coaching to be a loan processor. I paid a lot (to me) and the promise was "hand-holding" and a personal coach until at least one commission was earned.

However, the attention given to me was minimal. After a first meeting with some assignments--which I did--I was ignored. Contact pretty much only came at my instigation, advice was vague and ineffective.

I expressed my unhappiness multiple times, forced a meeting. Felix is amiable, but he never fixed things, never worked with me to get a good commission.

Before coming here, I gave him one last chance to find a resolution (refund). No reply.

Stay away from individual, really expensive coaching with OPM.

OPM was able to help me secure $104,000 to invest in my brother's boba tea shop! Really appreciate their guidance and working with Gunnar.

I am writing this review to warn others based on my personal experience.
My husband was referred to OPM Mastery IO through an associate who claimed they could help with credit and funding. Instead of using a secure, professional onboarding system like any legitimate financial service would, they collected all of my husband’s sensitive personal information through Jotform — a basic form builder that is not designed for financial compliance, identity protection, or secure document storage. And then my husband gets an email from Felix He with a copy of the Jotform showing all of my husband's sensitive personal information, didn't even send the email with secure protection. So now my husband and my family’s identity and safety are at risk.

UPDATE 12/01/2025:
I had reached out to Felix He via Instagram because that is the only way i seem to get a response. Apparently Felix He is the co founder for OPM MASTERY IO. Anyways, I guess Felix was discussing my concerns with Daniel Morales who is the CBO of OPM MASTERY IO, and so Felix sent me the screenshot of Daniel's reply, which shows Daniel just dismissing me and my husband even though we were "clients" and then shortly after that Daniel Morales blocked me on Instagram instead of reaching out to my husband and I to figure out how to resolve matters.

Working with the OPM was a great experience. Very professional and urgent with communication & helping me secure funding for scaling my business and meeting my specific needs.
