Weihnachtsanzug kam, in angemessener Zeit.
Schnitt war anders als dargestellt, viel weiter.

Wollte den Anzug zurück geben, musste Retoure selbst zahlen. Anzug kommt in netter Box, allerdings in einer Plastikfolienverpackung, die beim Öffnen zerreißt. Daher musste ich auf eigene Kosten eine neue Verpackung zur Rücksendung organisieren und den Rückversand in die Niederlande selbst bezahlen.
Werde nichts mehr bei Opposuits kaufen

do not buy from this company, the products are cheap and nasty, its been a month and im still trying to get a refund, they just passing it from pillar to post....
by far one of my top 5 worst company to deal with....please stay away!!!!!!!!!

IS THIS COMPANY EVEN LEGIT?! Why can’t I return my item? I should have read the reviews before buying from them which will never ever happen! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, YOU WON’T BE ABLE TO RETURN! The fit was all wrong and the fabric was so cheap looking, I don’t I can even wear it! SUPER DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Hose nicht zu Ende genäht, total zerknittert und es hängen überall Fäden raus. Der Rückgabeprozess ist so kompliziert, dass ich das Ding einfach zähneknirschend in die Tonne küble und nichts mehr hier bestelle. Vor ein paar Jahren in der Anfangszeit waren die Anzüge ganz okay, inzwischen wird nur noch möglichst schnell und so billig wie möglich produziert. FYI Der Customer Service ist nur in Englisch.

It's absolutely ridiculous that you can't buy the jacket and pants in different sizes. I had to order two sizes to see which would fit, they run small. I returned the other which they say will take 10 days to get you money back from the return. You also have to pay for shipping. Its been 13 days and I've had to send multiple emails and follow ups just to get a response. They usually just say they have to contact distribution and never follow up. They finally said my return has been 'resolved' but it has not because I never received my money back. They then emailed me that it may take a few more days to receive the money. Just terrible customer service and only having an email to contact is pathetic. Would NOT recommend doing business with them as it has been a nightmare.

Wow, actually impressive! Ordered on December 3, arrived 13 in Italy, nice packaging and PERFECT fit according to the size chart and their suggestions to order the larger. I'm satisfied the best, well finished suit, accurate cut.

Looking at the reviews I was worried about potentially ordering, however I ordered on Saturday and it arrived by USP from the Netherlands to the UK by Thursday. The suit fits well, I went with a size up on the Jacket to be safe and looks much better in person than the photos.

terrible service , i ordered a suit last week and on tracking it is stuck somewhere in Netherlands with the courier unable to contact the company for required paperwork. I have sent messages via the website but received no reply also there is no phone number to speak to anyone. The shipping costs are not cheap either

Ordered a suit and paid for expedited shipping 3-5 days. Two weeks later, the suit had still not arrived. When I asked about the delay, the company rep said "oh it's on it's way". No response when I asked about a refund on the expedited shipping. Frankly they are charging for a service they know they can't deliver which is misleading conduct. The suit finally arrived today and despite supposedly being a UK 38, was completely the incorrect size. I now have a suit that arrived two weeks after I needed it, that doesn't fit and is useless for anything but as rags. Thanks Opposuits for wasting my money. Avoid at all costs.

Bought a suit according to sizing chart and suit is still too small. Had to return and pay shipping for return :(. According to the tracking, OppoSuits received the suit on 10/18/21 at 9:50AM and I have no confirmation email from them on status of refund. I have emailed them with no success. What company doesn't have a phone number for customer service? I'm pretty sure I've been scammed out of $106 plus my shipping return. Sad thing is I just wanted a different size. Would NOT recommend buyng from them ever! I just want my money back!!!!!!!!!! Or send me the suit back and I'll figure something out!

Ordered my suit over a week ago. Never received a confirmation from your company but you did take my $$ immediately through Paypal. I have no response from your "24 hr Cust Serv Dept" and no suit. Plus you have no phone number listed anywhere to speak to an actual human. Why do I feel like Opposuits just stole my $$$ ?

I would have given them five stars if it weren't for the fact that the sizing is WAY off. I would recommend ordering TWO sizes up. I only ordered one size up, and it's tighter than I'd prefer, but still workable (thankfully, because you have to pay for the return shipping).

That said, my order arrived SUPER fast! The suits are obviously not the best quality, but they are fully lined and look cute, and for my one-off event, totally worth the $21.50 I paid for the two-piece suit.

Ordered before 2pm on Wednesday for next day delivery it is now Saturday and I still haven’t received it..!! Why advertise next day delivery when you can’t actually deliver it the next day and most certainly shouldn’t charge £19.95..!!!
Absolutely shocking to be told there was a problem with the system and my order got missed on the Wednesday and no offer of money back in the delivery..!!

Im not sure what to review as i dont have my suit yet, I accidentally ordered two so need one returning and have emailed Opposuits. Would be so much easier to speak to someone and resolve issues is there no number I can call?

Ok, so I STUDIOUSLY investigated the sizing before placing my order for one of the new beach suits. I can't speak for anyone else and their experience, but I've not had too many sizing issues with Opposuits (I ordered a suit a couple of years back which was snug but because it was slim fit I think).

Anyway, I think that I'm probably a 40" waist and maybe a 17.5" or 18" collar on shirts. I usually wear a 2XL (UK size) on tops and tees. Looking at the sizing chart, I went with tradition and ordered a 2XL.

So the shirt is bigger than I thought it would be and the shorts are a bit smaller than I thought it would be, but they both fit adequately. It's difficult to know whether the fit is different because of the style/cut of a beach suit versus a normal suit.

Overall though I'm really happy - the delivery was absolutely on expectations - in fact it arrived a day earlier (bonus). The material of the suit is what I would expect - it's not bad quality at all, it's just not 'cotton twill'. We pay the price for the novelty effect, not the choice of fabric (well, most of the time).

I think Opposuits could do more to clarify the sizing - why not have a pop-up online like other sites where you can put in your measurements and it can recommend your size based either on its normal charts or on other buyer's choices/experiences? The negative reviews mainly focus on this very issue - people are buying the normal size they buy but the dimensions are not the same across EU/US/UK and the translation isn't great. This could be remedied so easily - I daresay the Trustpilot reviews would improve - c'mon Opposuits, you're potentially letting yourselves down.

I ordered one of their new Summer Combos. The shirt fits great! The shorts were at least 2 sizes too small! The sizing guide for the combos shows a 51" waist for the 2xl...which obviously is incorrect, but it really is a 36" or 38" max... I reached out to customer service to express my frustration with the incorrect size info posted, and they offered the return option. I am keeping the outfit - I will wear the shirt and my wife can wear the shirt, but I will not be ordering from them again! This is sad, as I have WANTED one of their suits for so long!

DON'T DO IT!!! DON'T ORDER FROM OPPOSUITS!!!! The sizing isn't very clear nor accurate. Even though you've been a long time customer, spending thousands on suits over the years, we recently needed to exchange for the next size up only to be told they won't do exchanges and the customer MUST pay MASSIVE shipping fees of their own money to ship back and then reorder the new size so they sit pretty with hundreds of dollars in the mean time. Will never spend another penny with this company directly!! Horrible customer service. Amazon sells some suits by this company and Amazon sends prepaid shipping labels so use Amazon!
