Problems getting refunded for faulty glasses
I ordered a pair of prescription glasses which took around 3 weeks to arrive. As they were ordered on 29th December, I anticipated a slight delay due to the time of year. Unfortunately, the frames arrived bent so I arranged a return. Jessa from customer support was very helpful and responded quickly to arrange the return after I provided photographs and a video of the glasses.
However, I am still awaiting a refund despite Optical King receiving my returned order 3 weeks ago. This exceeds the “up to 14 working days” timeframe stated for refunds, and I now have to pursue a chargeback through my bank.
This was my first experience ordering glasses online and the cheaper cost has not turned out to be worth the hassle.

Just recieved my glasses and can not say how pleased I am with them. They look really expensive & good quality. Only taken a week to get them. Going to order another pair very soon. Absolutely BRILLIANT!!!
