Disappointing and rushed experience—not worth it
I booked a specialized "biological dental cleaning," but the actual cleaning lasted less than 15 minutes and left absolutely no visible or physical difference. The practitioner failed to explain the procedure beforehand and provided zero aftercare advice. Instead of focusing on my treatment, she spent the time aggressively pushing me to book another appointment for January, completely ignoring my explanation that I am traveling to Romania for my follow-up care. Most concerningly, when I asked about an active infection in my gums, I was simply told I "need to see a dentist"—leaving me entirely confused about who was treating me and why an active issue was ignored. Incredibly unprofessional and poor value for money.

I am very grateful to Dr Mira Morcos for the wonderful job she did, removing two smart amalgam fillings to replace them with composites. Throughout, I felt complete confidence in her undoubted skill and perseverance. And more importantly, reassured by her kind and attentive presence. I am delighted with the result.

I was also impressed with the background checks made by the Optimal team on the state of my teeth before this procedure took place. Clearly top of the range equipment and staff.

A brilliant experience when I saw Dr James Goolnik for wisdom tooth pain. I had a super comfortable and easy extraction and healed so well thanks to their holistic approach. I love that they also provide nutrition advice, sleep health tips and so much more. I was really impressed with the overall practice, it is stunning.
