Having been passed through several umbrella companies over the last few months and receiving little to zero customer care from them , I can safely say that optimum are the complete opposite.
Optimum have sent me all the relevant documentation I have requested within the said time frame, answered any queries I have had and also gone that extra mile with courtesy calls from Katie to ensure I am happy with services.
