On December 24, 2025, I wanted to use their account management services. I spoke with them. Brandon told me to send $640 for fee, which I did. I also topped up my account with $507. I gave them my credentials to be able to trade in the account. The same day they traded the full amount ($507) in a 3 second-trade and lost the entire deposit. On December 29, I contacted them to know the progress. The answer was they will update me while they had already lost the entire deposit. I was obliged to check my account myself. I was surprised to see that my account was wiped out. I contacted them. Their answer was: “The account has a % set and we took the trade right on spot for 1% but the entry went wrong and the end amount turned out to be the entire balance” which is totally nonsense. Brandon (the owner) called me and told me if I could add more funds, they will trade cautiously and they will recover all the losses. This time he asked me to send BTC to his BTC address because he has already received $250 from Pocket Option for the losses. I sent $552 to his BTC address as requested. I sent my BTC address, nothing was done so far. Guys, DO NOT subscribe to this platform. It is a SCAM. Do not use their account management services. Their bot has never worked because if it did, they would have used it to trade. They only use it to show edited videos on YouTube.

I have joined optionsalgo. ai. for 9days I haven't been granted access to the platform. Once I did the payment, the customer service chat stop responding and I cannot proceed ahead. It is a scam. Please don't get enrolled with this.

I am a real person who purchased this application. Was not paid to do this. Customer service was good. Had a few times with some down time and had to send them another message but for the most part customer service was well above average. Software works like it should, had to tweak trading according to my schedule and strategy. Using the signals with a good strategy only enhances your probability of wins to losses. Definitely experiment on demo b4 starting on real account. All in all good experience so far, and otc signals were great won 7-8 trades on very first session. Session was quick and fast paced but lucrative. Always use money management and they tell you this in a pdf they send out to you with platform. I was skeptical but it’s definitely paying off now.
