Good range of products and great guidance from Ross - a few little hiccups along the way but Ross kept me informed and ensured that I got the car I wanted - highly recommended - thanks Ross

Initial contact was good, Chris White was responsive and he sent me a few options to consider. I didn’t want to rush into anything so went away to think about the next steps. I received generic follow-up calls and emails from Oracle over the coming weeks, but when I contacted Chris again with some further options he never bothered coming back to me.
I wanted to give Oracle a go since they are local to me and generally receive good reviews, but unfortunately my experience only made me feel like I didn’t matter and perhaps my requirements weren’t substantial enough for them. I will use my previous broker going forward.

He was professional, caring, and genuinely took the time to understand my circumstances, explaining all the best options available to me without any pressure.

What really stood out was the level of care and attention throughout the whole experience. James kept me updated every step of the way and even checked in afterwards to make sure I was completely happy with my purchase customer service like that is rare to find nowadays.
