I received my order.

I really wanted 14K earrings but somehow ordered 10K. My girlfriend said she likes the ones she received so I guess we'll just keep these.

The earrings broke when I tried to put them in, like just snapped in half. I tried emailing the care email address listed and immediately got an AI generated answer that was 0% helpful, and it said to reply that I needed more help to get to a human. I responded that I did want more help, and got no response. Whatever executive that got convinced by an AI salesman to "help" with customer service got conned. You need real people to solve problems! This will be the last purchase from this company.

I love the earrings that I bought from you

The pieces I ordered were great and work nicely. I did not expect them to be so thin for the price. However I should have expected that, due to the fact that the first ring I purchased from you, I took to a jeweler to add gold to the band if the ring. I probably won’t order again.

I love my new “Eternity Band” ring. It’s just as has been described on the website. High luster and comfortable fit. The only thing I wish it had - the material quality stamp insignia inside the band. Other than that it’s looking like a high quality product, I have it for a short time to judge its scratch resistance, however, it looks like a real gold. In any case, it was a timely delivery, with a “signature on delivery required” option, I appreciate that precaution. I do recommend this brand and seller. Thank you!

The ease of finding and purchasing of rings

Yes, I received my order. The split chain necklace was beautiful, however it was too short. I am in process of getting it packed up to send it back. I have ordered a new chain from Oradina and waiting for it to come. The only complaint I have with this company is that it is virtually impossible to reach a human on the phone to discuss any problem❗️
I have left voice mail messages but only get AI emails answering the email questions that I have had to resort to because I never received any phone calls back❗️This may be the way of the future but not a satisfying way to do business‼️

I love the ring and have had it on a couple times and it already has many scratches or a “worn” look. I wear other sterling silver that I have had for years that doesn’t look so beat up.

Beautiful and authentic silver jewelry, timely shipping, and packaged well. A soft jewelry bag and an anti-tarnish tab would have been nice to have considering the need to protect the jewelry from tarnishing.
