I was going over seas a few days after I ordered! I was given upgraded shipping to over night, so it was shipped out 2 day instead so it had to sit in UPS location until I returned!
I did confirm with someone my situation when I saw it was going 2 day and they were going to try and fix it? I never heard anything about it again!

I received a 14k gold necklace with a rainbow as a present and the chain broke off of the rainbow after 4 months of owning it (and very few days of actually wearing it). Seemed like a major quality issue. I reached out to their CS just looking to see if they had a store or a partner that would be able to fix it. They don't have this. I also learned they have a 6 month warranty to replace it, but they wouldn't honor it without the order number which I didn't have since it was a gift. They offered me a 20% discount to replace it myself, but in what world would I spend more money on a product that just proved to be poor quality? I've purchased other items from them in the past, but I cannot justify buying from them again or even recommending them with the most recent product and support experience.
