Today I was at orange branch sanstifano mall in Alexandria, I dealt with hanady, she is amazing. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. It was 10/10 service and I would recommend her to everyone. I was very impressed with the quality of service.

If there 0 star I will give, orange is the most messed up service you could receive in your life, the customer service people treat you as you work for them, not sure from where or how they have the power to control you and cut the service and start it as they wish.
I will never ever buy it again and I wish they go out of business soon than later.

SCAMMERS
Bought 2 times a 40GB sim card at the airport yesterday. After 1 - 2 hours it will be automatically activated the man said, but unfortunately the sim card did not work at all. I would like to advise everyone not to by at Orange, go to Vodafone.

Official Orange Desk at the airport, right after the passports control, Guy at the airport had a stand with the prices, I tried to get 15gb for 8$, paid, got only 1 gb, he inserted the card into the phone and activated go15 packet, said that 15 gb will appear after the apk download. Of course it was a scam.

Scam beware - Bought a SIM card from Hurghada airport,the guy at the kiosk put the SIM card in our phone and said it would take two hours to activate. However it didn’t and we needed to keep in touch with family. The next day we still do not have any data and spoke to customer services via twitter, they said they will have to query it with the agent even though we provided a receipt and SIM card numbers as photos.
This is really really bad, surely they can check their end and not make us wait even longer, have to find wi-fi everytime now. We have been scammed by orange at Hurghada airport and customer services are being very unhelpful. We paid for 43gb each. And still waiting

Avoid buying from Orange's Online Store
I strongly discourage buying from Orange's online shop, especially considering the significant cost of the product at 23k. They will humiliate you when attempting to return a malfunctioning product, providing a harsh lesson not to engage with them. Despite having the right to return malfunctioning products within 30 days, they will make the process difficult like a hell.
Issues start with damaged products and extend to misinformation from all stakeholders, including the call center, store staff, and managers at the headquarters and ended to rude treatment from the staff.

It might be easy quick purchase , but once you are hooked up , you will realize it is terrible, you can not even get in touch with customer service without paying for it.

Last winter I arrived at Cairo airport and immediately purchased an Orange sim card in the hope that i'd have data for the duration of my 7 night stay. I was supposedly meant to have enough data (10gb) to cover me for at least the first few days. I wasn't able to access any data and of course any attempt I made to rectify this was met with an unsuccessful response. Orange did eventually sort this out on the very last day of my trip after spending hours on the phone to customer services and wasting much of my holiday.
In my opinion, they shouldn't sell sim cards that simply don't work. The customer service needs to be created as it just doesn't really exist. Its really letting down the Orange brand.

I got a dsl contract with them and it's been hell since day 1, starting with the agent that registered MY CONTRACT under a different name, and the POOR internet service that works sometimes and sometimes it doesnt work, customer service department that knows NOTHING and keeps promising that they're gonna fix it but to no avail, I HATE THIS COMPANY WITH ALL MY HEART, ORANGE IS THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE AND I HOPE THEY DIE AND ROT IN HELL

I spent 3 months without internet and their support keep telling me in 24 hours, then when I requested a cancellation, they made me pay for a non-used invoice just to get my cancellation and after doing all these steps just to leave this SHHIT company, they are refusing to give me the cancellation and keep telling me in 24 hours.

Fraud, deception and terrible customer service. This is what you can expect when you use Orange Egypt. I bought 3 Orange Egypt SIM cards from the Cairo Airport. I was told that the plan was for local calls and 43 GB for each SIM card. The data ran out after 20 GB. When I contacted "Customer Service" by dialing 110, they would hang up before you could even talk to someone. The chat session with them was useless. I will make Orange's corporate head office in Paris aware of the bad reputation Orange Egypt is developing. They are hurting the Orange brand.

تجربتي مع خدمة اورانج كاش كانت سيئة للغاية. لقد واجهت صعوبة في استخدام الخدمة وفي التعامل مع موظفي الفروع. كانوا غير متعاونين وغير محترفين، ولم يساعدوني في حل المشكلة التي واجهتني. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، كانت خدمة العملاء غير مفيدة على الإطلاق. لم يتم الرد على مكالماتي ولا رسائلي الإلكترونية بشكل سريع، وعندما تم الرد عليها كان الرد غير مفيد ولا يحل المشكلة بشكل كامل.
بالإضافة إلى ذلك، واجهت صعوبات في التعامل مع روتين الشركة المتعب، حيث يتطلب الحصول على أي خدمة أو حل مشكلة الكثير من الوقت والجهد. .
