Outside light stopped working within the 2 year warranty. Contacted the company and they did not return any emails. I kept trying and trying and sent emails of 7 days to contact me. I also tried contacting them from a different email and they still did not contact me. I ended up making a section 75 claim on my credit card.
Do not use this company they do not get back to you when the products stop working.

This is a warning to all would be customers. There is no other way to describe this retailer as fraudulent. In fact, I don't even know what the name of the retailer is now, as it is Reddd, but orangme.com. When I tried to enter orangme.com as a new retailer, it defaults to this - so perhaps one of the same.

Issue: the item was in no way as described. Described as a luxury rug - what I received was a flannel mat. Regardless, the returns process is fraudulent. It states to contact within 14 days - I contacted on the same day. It has been 2 weeks now, and 3 emails - nothing. This is intentional - no other way to describe.

I have commenced reporting to Trading Standards via Citizens Advice. I've also alerted my credit card company and will be invoking Section 75 refund.

And by the way, I consider myself pretty savvy, but even I was duped by the reviews on the retailers site. Unsurprisingly, my genuine reviews have never surfaced on their site. Please don't make the same mistake.

Do not order from this company. The products are not good quality, they don’t display bad reviews on their website and they do not respond to emails or messages.

I had a terrible experience with this online store. On their website, it clearly says that taxes are already included in the price, but when my order arrived, I was charged an additional €169.75 customs tax.

When I contacted the company, instead of helping, they told me that if I didn’t pay, I would be charged a $300 fee. This is unacceptable.

I decided to return the product and requested a refund, but it has now been over two weeks and they haven’t replied to my emails. The only time they answered was to insist that I pay the customs fee and then “supposedly” they would issue a refund.

This is nothing but a fraudulent business practice. They take your money, force you to pay extra, and then ignore you when you ask for a refund. Do not trust this company — it’s basically theft disguised as an online store.

Ordered my ceiling light on 31st January. Today is 16th February and I’m still waiting for the product ( and reply from the company ) I would like a refund and don’t want the product anymore. Please contact me asap. Terrible customer service :(

I ordered a pendant light from this company on 21st January. Communication has been an ongoing issue throughout the entire process. The pendant has arrived damaged this morning. The quality is very poor - it is a plastic mold which is overpriced by a mile and the communication is diabolical. The light was a hefty £299 and probably worth about £10. It comes with no rose to go on the ceiling and is damaged

I am not satisfied with the lampshade I purchased. I have emailed and messaged them several times to ask how I can return them but have had no reply. I wouldn’t advise anyone purchases until there is clarity in their returns policy.

Wow I am flabbergasted how this website is able to justify the outrageous prices. Same stock photos as Temu but with a massive premium for the same product. As soon as I opened them I felt instantly ripped off. I’ll keep all my products only because I’m lazy to return but this is daylight robbery! Come on guys, this is really flagrant money grabbing.

I bought a round coffee table, which is really suitable for the living room. When l drink coffee every morning, l always feel particularly comfortable and relaxed.

I recently bought a mushroom lamp and am really in love with it! The shape of this lamp is very unique. When lit at night, the atmosphere of the entire living room is enhanced. Now every time I go home at night, I feel very warm.

Scam company! Beware!!!!!

I'm sure you can tell by the bizzarre english below that the positive reviews are fake, and the negative reviews are real.

I bought four items that the actual manufacturer confirmed were fake. The pictures on the website are from lots of other brands like Ligne Roset, Tom Dixon, Wayfair, Lyfairs, Ferm Living, Amazon. They then send you crappy fakes and ghost you if you have an issue

Don't give these people money.

You accuse me of conducting a "negative campaign without just cause" and ask me to "approach this matter with fairness and honesty". Readers of this review should know that initially I tried leaving a single review on Orangme's website (but they decided not to publish it). That was a red flag, so I left two additional reviews - one on Trustpilot and one on Google reviews.

Next, it is true that my refund request fell outside your 14-day window. Sadly, this was because of my goodwill and kindness towards Orangme. The chair in question arrived super creased (it had been folded and packaged extremely tight for overseas shipping) and I was IMMEDIATELY very dissatisfied upon opening the package. Unfortunately, the chair looked nothing like the one that was advertised - in fact it was in a terrible state. At that point, I had two options:

1) Ask for a refund immediately.
2) Trust Orangme's truthfulness and wait and see if over time the chair will recover from the tight packaging.

I chose option 2) and waited, but the chair never recovered and remained in a poor state. At the same time, my kindness and reluctance to ask for a refund has caused me to fall outside the return policy window of 14 days. What I was left with is a poor quality product that I paid a lot for, no option to return it, AND my review and feedback being ignored. That is when I left this Trustpilot review; the reader can hopefully understand why.

Please note that my preference would still be to return the product to you, instead of pursuing a chargeback. Should you accept a late return & refund, given the exceptional circumstances of the damage to the product from shipping, it would of course significantly alter my perception of Orangme as a company - and it would force me to amend my existing negative reviews on Trustpilot and Google review.

The stone bedside lamp is very textured and brings a luxurious atmosphere to my bedroom. The light is soft and non-glaring, making sleeping a little more peaceful. Although the price is Little expensive, it is well worth it.
