So far I have nothing to complain about. I lost 2 instant accounts because I was negligent, but on the third try I managed to get my payout.

"I've waited a while to get around to writing my review. I bought a 1 stage account and managed to get through. But I really wanted to see my experience on the funded account. I've been trading for about 20 days and I've been very careful with the rules. I requested a payout and the guys paid me the same day!!!! My personal conclusion: they're reliable"

STAY AWAY! 19-point Slippage and Manipulated Execution!

I experienced a scandalous 19-point slippage on Gold (XAUUSD). My Stop Loss was at 4782, but they executed it at 4801.02 while the market high was only 4791.00.
They admitted the error via email, calling it an "initial misunderstanding," but then refused to refund the registration fee, offering only a useless "account reset." This is a clear sign of poor liquidity or intentional price manipulation.
I have all the screenshots of the trade and their email admissions. If you want a serious prop firm, go to FTMO or elsewhere. Orbit is NOT reliable. Stay away!

UPDATE ABOUT YOUR RESPONSE:
This response is the ultimate proof of your bad faith."
Record-breaking Slippage: To define a 19-pip slippage on a single trade as "normal" is an insult to any professional trader. It’s a clear admission of either a pathetic infrastructure or price manipulation. If you think traders are naive enough to accept such a gap as "market risk," you are deeply mistaken.
The Admission of Guilt: You admitted the error via email and restored the balance ONLY because you were confronted with undeniable evidence and screenshots. Calling it a "misinterpretation" now that you are in public is pathetic. If the execution had been correct, you would never have granted a balance reset.
The "Reset" Gift: You could offer me a $100 million account, and it still wouldn't change the facts: I will not trade a single cent on a platform that cannot guarantee price integrity. Keep your reset and your "instant" accounts.
Psychological Pressure: Mentioning the "7-day inactivity rule" to close the account is a desperate attempt to force me to trade and implicitly accept your abuses. It will not happen.
The fact that you hide behind a signed agreement to justify shameful execution says everything about your company's ethics. Future clients should know: your Stop Losses mean nothing here. Their "creative liquidity" will decide when to blow your account.
I will not stop until I receive my refund. Reputation is worth more than the cost of a challenge, but clearly not for you.

Resposta de Orbit Funded

Hello Marco,

Your review contains several incorrect statements that need to be clarified for transparency.

First, regarding the alleged “scandalous slippage”:
Slippage is a normal market condition and can occur in any real execution environment, including any prop firm or broker. It happens due to factors such as volatility, liquidity, and spread fluctuations, and it is clearly outlined in our agreement, FAQ, and rules.

It is important to clarify that all users, before they begin trading including on instant accounts like yours are presented with a prior agreement. This agreement must be reviewed and signed before any trading activity starts. By signing it, you confirm that you understand and accept normal market risks, including slippage.

If you were not comfortable with these conditions, you could have chosen not to sign the agreement and requested a refund at that stage.

Second, regarding the claim of an error:
In our initial response, there was a misunderstanding when your position was interpreted as a buy trade. After a proper review, we confirmed that it was a sell position, and the Stop Loss was triggered correctly based on real tradable Bid/Ask prices, not solely on chart visualization.

In other words, there was no “admission of error” in the sense you are suggesting, but rather a correction of an initial misinterpretation.

Additionally, even though no platform fault was identified, we acted in good faith by adjusting your account. The loss occurred in a single trade, not multiple trades related to any execution issue. Nevertheless, we restored your account to its initial balance, also disregarding two other negative trades that were unrelated to your claim.

Regarding refunds:
As clearly stated on our website and in the terms you accepted, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, we made it clear that if any actual platform fault had been identified, a refund would have been issued which is not the case here.

Finally, your comparison with other firms is not accurate. Slippage is an inherent characteristic of any real market environment and is not specific to our platform.

Your account remains active and fully eligible for trading. Please note that accounts with no trading activity for 7 consecutive days are automatically canceled, as per our rules.

We remain available for any further clarification, but we reinforce that this case has already been thoroughly reviewed and handled fairly and professionally.

Orbit Funded Review

Orbit Funded Review - Be Careful, Extremely Strict Rules

Orbit Funded looks attractive at first, but once you reach the Instant or Funded stage, the rules become so strict that getting a payout feels almost impossible.

The 70% Positive Trading Days rule is the biggest issue. You must finish 70% of your trading days in profit (or 50% if you pay extra). It doesn’t matter if you make +0.01% or +5% — a win is a win, and a loss is a loss. Most real traders don’t win 70% of their days, so this rule alone makes long‑term compliance very unlikely.

Then there’s the mandatory 1:1 risk‑to‑reward rule, which stops you from moving your stop loss to break even and forces you to hold trades until they hit a full 1R. You can only reduce your stop once, and only by 50%. Closing early — even for good reasons — counts as a violation.

Both rules combined make natural, safe trading almost impossible. Even if you’re profitable, Orbit can still reject your payout and reset your account for minor rule breaks.

Overall:
Orbit’s rules are far stricter than most prop firms, and the chance of receiving a payout or keeping the account long‑term is very low. New traders should approach with caution.

Resposta de Orbit Funded

Hello Gary,

First of all, it is important to clarify that, according to our records, you are not and have never been a client of Orbit Funded. Therefore, this review does not reflect any real experience with our company, platform, or payout process.

The financial markets are dynamic, and there are many firms available. Each trader can — and should — choose the one that best fits their profile and strategy. That said, it is difficult to understand what motivates someone to spend time criticizing a company they have never actually used.

Regarding the rules mentioned, they exist by design. Our objective is not to serve every type of trader, but to work with those who demonstrate consistency, discipline, and proper risk management. Based on your own statements, it is clear that your profile does not align with the type of trader we are looking for.

Additionally, some points were misunderstood, even after being explained to you through our support.

The Positive Trading Days rule (70% or 50%, depending on the option chosen) is specifically designed to filter for consistent traders, not those who trade impulsively or rely on a single “lucky” day. Traders who operate this way tend to lose capital over time — and that is not the type of profile we want in our ecosystem.

The 1:1 risk-to-reward rule is simple, objective, and widely used in the industry. It ensures that traders maintain a healthy balance between risk and potential return. We consider this parameter flexible and aligned with sound risk management practices.

Regarding stop loss adjustments, the limitation exists precisely to prevent improper behavior, such as setting an excessively wide stop loss and then attempting to close the trade or move the stop to break-even after a small favorable move, without a coherent risk structure.

Furthermore, it is clear that you did not carefully read the rule to fully understand its practical application. For example, if a trader opens a position with a 50-pip stop loss and keeps the take profit open, once the trade moves 25 pips in profit, they can reduce the stop loss to 25 pips and close the trade. In this scenario, the risk was proportionally reduced, and the 1:1 risk-to-reward requirement was fully respected.

In other words, there is no restriction on actively managing a position — as long as it follows a consistent logic aligned with the rules.

Our rules exist to filter traders who are truly capable of generating consistent and sustainable results over the long term.

Sincerely,
Orbit Funded Team

This prop firm is a FRAUD

This prop firm is a FRAUD! They will find a way to BREACH your account with ABSURD rules! Customer service is no help at all, they will RIDICULE you when they send you their rules and regualtions and literally laugh at you because you didnt understand their rules that are not specified on their contract! They give you access to their payout submission button on the 2nd day which makes you think you have access to a payout! But they DELIBERATELY do this to have you ask for a payout and then turn around and say you breached the account! Just another from of their DIRTY UNSCRUPULOUS tactics! DON'T DO BUSINESS with this DIRTY firm!!

Resposta de Orbit Funded

We take public feedback very seriously, however, in this case, it is essential to clarify the facts with full transparency.

The claim that our company is a “fraud” is completely unfounded and does not reflect reality.

Your payout request was submitted with only 2 trading days, while the minimum requirement is 14 trading days, as clearly stated on our website and in the agreement you read and accepted before starting to trade.

Our company operates with full transparency. All rules, without exception, are publicly available on our website, and before trading, every client must read and accept an agreement where these same rules are clearly outlined. There are no hidden rules.

By starting your account, you did so fully aware of all conditions. Therefore, it is not consistent to later claim that the rules are “absurd” or “not specified” when they were clearly available and formally accepted by you beforehand.

In addition, your account violated rules in an objective and repeated manner:

• More than 80 violations of the minimum trade duration rule (tick scalping)
• Practically all of your trades failed to meet the minimum risk-to-reward requirement (1:1)

These rules are in place to be followed and are applied equally to all traders, without exception.

It is also important to note that there was an attempt to condition the situation on posting negative reviews unless a new account was granted, which reflects an effort to shift responsibility away from your own rule violations.

We operate based on clear, objective, and previously communicated criteria.

We remain available for any further clarification.
