Disgraceful platform!
Completed full verification during setup process, after a small transfer they requested I verify myself and the recipient through their KYC protocol. Required full details of both parties travel history, birth certs, marriage certs, visa certs, Utility bills, Govt documents, passport documents, personal photos, photos of conversations. After supplying more than enough detail my account was closed with zero reason. Absolute disgraceful abuse by OrbitRemit of the KYC regulations.
