We love Orchard Toys games, however we’re quite disappointed with the snakes and ladders. The board is a 6 piece jigsaw which comes apart so easily. My 4 year old gets very frustrated when we play and tries to put it back together, but as the pieces aren’t completely flat it’s quite hard to play even on a table.

Experienced a missing piece from a game but they sorted out quickly and sent a replacement.

Loved playing these games with my children and now grandchild. Educational and well worth the money. We lost a part and they were kind enough to send the part free of charge!

Parts missing. I received a very quick response via email apologising which was nice. I was also asked to provide a home mailing address as they apparently do not deliver to post boxes which is very strange as that is where I picked my order up from after ordering with my post box. I mentioned this in my return email and i am yet to receive a response. I also suggested that the small but important part be put into an envelope and sent rather than me boxing up the whole thing then them sending me back a complete, and hopefully checked, replacement - which would save both money as it would be just the cost of a local stamp. Still awaiting a response.

A relative bought a 3 in a box toy and puzzle set for my daughter in November which she then recieved as a Christmas present a month later. We didn't have a receipt or proof of purchase as it was bought at Lidl with other groceries.

I used the form on their website to let them know we had missing puzzle piece when we unpacked it.

We were sent a whole new puzzle in response. Not only that but it was sent ridiculously quickly. I think possibly even within 48 hours on my contacting them.

Aside from the above my daughter has *loved* the Dinosaur 3 in a box game. She's played with it daily since she unwrapped it. A very well thought out product.

We will be looking out for the orchard toy brand and reccommending to all our friends.

First time using this company online and will be the last time. Not recommended as their "packaging" damages the gift which was for Christmas. Bad experience spread like wild fire.

Got a game as a gift which was missing a tiny piece. Contacted them via their form but it requires a photo of the receipt, which I don't have. So now the game is useless. Haba sent a replacement with just the serial number from the box.

My wife, who has over 30 years experience teaching nursery children, rates the educational value of toys and games from Orchard Toys very highly.
She recently bought a game from a charity shop, but found that a piece was missing. I looked on their website and saw that you could get replacements - for free - how good is that?

Really well made products educational as well fun for children and parents.
Products made with recycled materials and delivery's fast and well packaged.
Good customer service helpful and there big roads jigsaws is the best.

The games and puzzles are fantastic, their customer service second to none and the free worksheets send out during the covid pandemic are excellent.

Amazing company with amazing products. We have A LOT of Orchard Toys. Very good quality, very reasonably prices. Our most recent delivery (and favourite right now) is the World Map & UK & Ireland jigsaws.
Great communication/very fast delivery/very well packaged - no damage to our parcels.

We have a number of products from Orchard Toys and my son loves all of them. The puzzles came first and lately we’ve been getting him the board games. We did find once that the two dice were missing from the box but we reported it to Orchard and they sent them through the post a couple of days later. As he continues to grow up, I’m sure we’ll be adding to our collection of their products :).
