Vape came today 30k after being called to say the one I bought was out of stock and I had a choice of three others I wasn’t even fond of. Arrived today damaged with one of the pods leaked EVERYWHERE on the device so I can’t even use. I have contacted customer service hopefully they can resolve this, refund or at least send a replacement as I’m not happy.

This company lacks basic standards, I wish I read these reviews before ordering
I ordered some vapes over a week ago and they still have not been delivered despite me paying for next day delivery
I got sent an email saying they have been dispatched, this was a lie, I got a text 3 days later saying they don’t have my flavour I wanted originally and offered a new flavour, I agreed and they said it would be delivered a day later, this was another lie, 5 days later still no delivery, Royal Mail status has still not been updated and says that they are still expecting it.
This company is a joke, I’m appalled by their service, avoid this mess and order from a trust worthy company, I will be contacting my bank for further details

The last two orders have been messed up. The first was rectified and the missing items (eventually) sent. The latest was wrong item sent and my emails have been ignored.

Unable to get the basics right.

Multiple times we've purchased vapes and specifically selected TRACKED 24, as what we have is running out and we need them to arrive inside 2 days.

These people just ignore that, and send it out Tracked 48 which takes about 5 days to get to us, leaving us with no vape.

It happened before, when queried they ignored the question and replied with a generic 'sorry, it's on the way'.

They've just done it again and that's the final straw for me. Will find another company to buy from who's capable of providing customers with the postage level they've paid for.

Phoned me to ask what I would like as a substitute for an out of stock vape. Received them very quickly..good service all round thank you.

Total scam. I ordered 5 Randm 9KS vapes and got 8KS and paid for next day delivery — they took over 6 days to arrive. The flavours were completely different from what I ordered, and they taste burnt straight out of the packaging.

They messaged me asking if I wanted different flavours (which I now see they do to others too), then went silent. The tracking on the app was stuck on “on the way” for days and then just disappeared.

This isn’t a proper business, it’s a joke. Just some guy scamming customers. Save your money and avoid this mess.

I am always very please with the prompt delivery, the choice of flavours and the fact that they do actually last as long as it says on the packaging 😊

please do not buy off of this website! last week i bought myself a few vapes off of there and i payed for next day delivery just for it not to come the next day, at first i'd given them the benefit of the doubt considering they had told me some of the vapes were out of stock asking me if i'd like to switch them. they then told me my order would be with me the day after this, another lie. it was days and days of sending emails until it finally came on wednesday. not only did they send me them almost a week later from my order (i payed 5.99 for next day delivery too) but when they came half of the vapes don't bloody work! please avoid this website like the plague im never ordering from them again

Was sent the wrong vapes that where a lot cheaper than the 4 I had ordered. I rang up and they said they would send me a returns label. This was never sent. Won't be using this company again. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

From placing my order to delivery - great quick service.

First time ordering and thoroughly impressed. I ordered 2 hayati pro disposables am on 23/04/2025, they arrived before 3pm 24th! So warranted a thank you email too.

ORDERED TWO VAPES THEY HAVENT ARRIVED IVE SENT THEM 3 EMAILS, TRIED TO CALL BUT A DUD PHONE NUMBER,THEY CALL ME BACK TO TELL ME THEY DONT HAVE THE FLAVOURS? ? I ASK FOR A REFUND AND THEY IGNORE MY REQUEST,NOW INFORMED MY BANK !!

I definitely should have checked these reviews before ordering…

They don’t respond to emails so I wouldn’t bother emailing them, took 4 attempts for them to pick up the phone, and instagram DMs will just be read and not responded to.

My order was supposed to be delivered today, no update from DPD or them on this. When I called the lady (who was being told what to say by a guy in the background) blatantly lied to me and told me it had been dispatched (it definitely hasn’t) and if it is not received tomorrow (2-days late) I just need to call and get a refund… well according to the rest of these reviews I may as well contact my bank and start the dispute process now.

Advice for business owners - if you can’t cope with the volume of orders you receive, it may be time to downsize or hire more staff; either way from these reviews it’s not looking good at the moment is it…

UPDATE - so after calling and writing this review, conveniently enough my tracking was updated and the order arrived today (a day later than expected)…
But I’m now missing two items? It shows on the website they’re coming separately but they have the same tracking number?

What a useless company.

I’ve asked for my other items and a refund of the delivery fee but I doubt they’ll respond, absolutely pathetic service.

I will be contacting trading standards.

order 2 vapes and some pods only to receive one vape no pods. Customer service is awful still no reply.
