Ordered two of the bundles. Package lost, contacted Royal Mail who advised me to contact the company. I have contacted them and asked for a refund as I haven’t had my order since 28th January. All emails regarding asking for a refund have been ignored.

Hello. I am not satisfied with the service of the store. I reported that I did not receive the product and that the carrier left my parcel somewhere else, the courier sent me a photo of the door that was not my door where he delivered the parcel. I reported the problem to the store and a week has passed and they still have not solved the problem and neither has the money. They didn't return it. I'm disappointed with the way the customer was treated. I won't order from this site again. I don't recommend it!

Steer clear, heed my warning. Order received with missing items. Made contact and after requests to send images (of the received items, luckily still boxed) Harjot Singh sa8d he would despatch the missing items (not sure what the requests for the received items was all about). Over a week later, still no sight of the missing items and no response to follow up emails. I have just had to go to my bank to try and get my money back for the missing items. STEER CLEAR

I got 5 Hayati pro ultra for just under £50, great price and quick delivery

Second time ordering from this company and unfortunately both times they have sent the wrong vapes, they won’t refund and are insisting i send it back however i have opened and used it? Very long process don’t recommend

Originally signed up for 10% discount on first order email with code never arrived.So put an order in and coincidently email for first order discount arrived the moment I had already paid for my order.Then received an email telling me 10%discount expires in 24 hours.Total con on the discount wonder how many have been caught out on this little scam.

They advertised the nebula fuzion as available but then keep my money for a month before issuing refund, due to out of stock. Meanwhile the fuzion is still listed as available & they're still selling it. Hopeless semi-scammer working out of a bedroom

Order vape start off well by drawing you in with their cheap prices,they were good for a few orders then sent me a delivery with an item missing that I was charged for and they won't do anything about it. It's all gone very quiet from them. Avoid!

Easy to order lots of flavours to choose from and really nice to use

Ordered twice, neither order arrived so they had to refund, didn’t offer to send again so bought elsewhere.

Ordered 5 vapes and one was faulty. Got in touch and won't refund/replace it without placing another order first! Disgusting!
