I received my products yesterday. I am excited to begin testing the samples I received. Some of these I have never used before. I have been using Davines' Minu Shampoo for a couple of years now and love it. OrganicSkinCare.com had the best price for this shampoo. My hair is colored and this is a great shampoo for colored hair and I get compliments on the shine in my hair a lot. I want to say thank you to the gentleman that I spoke with a couple of days ago. I was concerned about the time it was taking to receive my products. He was very helpful and kind. He explained the delay was because of the situation our mailing system has been in the last couple of months due to COVID-19. I appreciate his concern to make things the best he could. I would recommend if you are looking for a source for some great organic products you consider OrganicSkinCare.com. I will be using them again for sure.

I ordered 4 products from Organic because I was unable to buy them from my local spa during the pandemic. 3products were as ordered. However there was a mistake made with the 4th product....a different product showed up. So, I called the company. They could not have been nicer! Immediately, the correct product was shipped. Because of their great customer service, I will probably order from them again. Did I mention their prices are also better than my local spa???

Very impressive I ordered 3units of a particular item online 20 minutes later I got a phone call saying currently they only had 2 in stock but we’re expecting more. He , very politely posed the question as to whether I wanted the one unit immediately refunded or preferred to have the third shipped out immediately when it arrived as express

Easy to peruse the pages and received items promptly. It would have been nice had they stated arrival date (even approximate) of items ordered.

Mine will be shipping to Singapore . Even 2 item also there’s a overweight charge . So I dare not buy more. I actuAlly checked out with 6 items saw the charges I reduce to 2 and still there’s charges. I think you better put a reasonable flat rate in order to have more purchases. Thank you
