Incorrect Passport number on purchase currency receipt


Subject: Urgent - Incorrect Passport Number on Currency Purchase Receipt | Request Correction

Dear Sir/Madam,

I recently purchased foreign currency from your branch. Your staff entered my passport number incorrectly on the receipt.

I noticed the error immediately and informed your team. I requested you to correct the passport number and resend the updated receipt by return mail. However, I have not received any response yet.

This is an urgent matter as the receipt with the correct passport number is required for my records. Kindly rectify the passport number and email me the corrected receipt at the earliest.

Please treat this on priority and confirm once corrected.

Very easy to navigate and understand…

Very easy to navigate and understand the exchange rates and taxes, also door step delivery is a boon to people who cannot step out to the agency directly to convert the currency. Door step delivery is hassle free and very easy process and don't have to worry about getting late for conversion.

I had a great experience with Orient…

I had a great experience with Orient Exchange, Chandigarh branch. I placed a currency exchange order at night, and it was delivered the very next morning,super quick and efficient service.
A special mention to Mr. Harinder Singh for handling the delivery so swiftly and professionally. Really appreciate the promptness and smooth experience. Highly recommended!

They do it again

They do it again! You can always trust Orient exchange for all your forex needs. I have availed the service multiple times in past and never got disappointed. This time there was delay of 1 day as they didn’t had enough Yen in cash but they arranged it the very next day. Rates are unbeatable as well.
